My husband and I went through drive thru earlier today. I ordered a shake but it tastes awful and lukewarm. It was very liquidity. I asked for a new one. The worker thought I wanted a refund. I insisted that it was no need and if it could be made again. It was still awful. We just went to Dairy Queen.

Vernon was amazing. He made the experience golden and i will be back just because of him! Not enough kind people in the world like him. I forgot to add on a milkshake and he said "no problem" and was able to ring me up for one and get it to me asap. Quality service 5 Stars!!

There was trash on the ground. Customer service was horrible. Told us we couldn’t order again window we had to order through drive thru due to staffing issues. Also my order was wrong too.

We went during the power outage because it was one of the only places open for food, and we had no power. We didn't mind how long it took because we understood it was busy.
However, when we finally got our food, 30 minutes after we ordered the fried chicken sandwiches were burned beyond recognition! They were inedible and we threw them away after gagging down two bites.

They're waiting to tell you, once they get in line, that there's only chicken. You should put up a sign before I get in line that there aren't any burgers. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get out of the line because you can't leave the line once you're in it.
