Celiac safe, gluten free! Charlottes bakery is a wonderful place to enjoy all sorts of home cooked treats and quiches. She does all the baking herself and is very aware of celiac and avoiding cross contamination. Her shop is located inside the Mercer Plaza toward the back on the right. Ended up ordering a second round of quiche and will be back tomorrow morning. Do yourself a favor and go hungry because there’s so many options to enjoy.

Must visit for anyone gluten-free! Hands down the best cinnamon rolls I've had. The dough is fluffy (even after freezing/reheating) and the icing is light and perfectly sweet. The sugar cookies were just like my mom used to make. Charlotte was lovely and the prices are some of the best I've ever seen for gluten-free.

The gluten free is absolutely amazing. It’s really hard to get good gluten free and it always comes out so good here. From the cinnamon rolls, to cookies, to the cakes you can’t get anything bad here. I’ve travelled to a lot of places and this is the best gluten free I’ve had.

Amazing! Charlotte came to my rescue when I had forgotten to order a cake for a special occasion. I made my frantic call at 9:30 am and picked up a beautiful cake fit for the occasion by 1:00. It was beautiful and delicious! My new favorite place for baked goods, appetizers, and meal items, like quiche. Many thanks, Charlotte!!!

What a gem this place is! A group of 5 of us stopped in today, one needing gluten free options, all of us left very satisfied! Delicious food and treats, and the owner was lovely to talk to as well!

Please don't buy their monster cookies, they're terrible, you will go bald if you eat one. I'll make the sacrifice and eat all of them to save you the trouble. All kidding aside, Charlotte was a peach, her food and service are impeccable.I have Celiac and the offerings here for gluten free options is more than any place I've visited. She is up front ang honest about her kitchen and that is refreshing and comforting. She uses wheat flour in her kitchen, but she does all the gluten free first. End of the day the kitchen is scrubbed down for the next morning. Seems like as solid a plan as I could all for aside from dedicated kitchens.

Chef Charlotte herself is a treat. I couldn't be happier that I found myself here to get a gift card for a friend. And since I was there, I had to try it myself! I got a cinnamon roll and a slice of quiche. So very yummy and fresh, the both of them. There's a small sit down area or take it to go! You can't go wrong!

Chef C was delightful and friendly. We purchased 8 GF for approximately 40$. All the treats we purchased have been delicious. There is not much seating and it’s a tiny shop.

Parking: The access into the parking lot is a little different. Easy to miss the turn.
