This Chick-fil-A is the worst one Iāve ever been to. I am not one to write negative reviews but on multiple occasions I have sat for up to 30 minutes in the drive through line. And I have also attempted to order on the app go pick up which resulted in my waiting inside for 15 minutes. Currently I am sitting in the drive through and I have not moved in 10 minutes. I donāt know what is going on in there but if youāre looking for āfastā food steer clear and allow at like 30 minutes from ordering to getting your food.

If I could give this location, a zero, I would I come here all the time and they take forever on the food. I live in Atlanta and Atlanta could never take this long as long as they take on top of that I come here for breakfast today mind you itās November 1 and Iām sitting in line for 20 minutes. I get here at 10:10 to order breakfast and thereās no one at the menu spot taking orders and then when 10:35 rolls around thatās when people wanna come out here and start taking orders and theyāre like oh weāre not taking breakfast orders anymore and I proceed to tell the lady that Iāve been sitting here since 10:10 so she gets her manager. Her manager is like oh no we canāt serve breakfast anymore after Iāve been waiting here for 20 minutes and then I asked can I leave the line because once again itās a tight driveway the manager proceeds to say that oh you canāt leave because my car is blocking the only way to get out OK so now I have to sit here in line for another 10 minutes 30 minutes in total just for me not to order anything to eat. This is very unprofessional and like I said this one has a rep and theyāre not fast at service and their disrespectful.

I redeemed a reward on the app and then went through the drive thru to pick it up and they said they couldnāt find it. Then I talked to the manager in the drive thru and she said there was nothing that she could do and that was it. So it was their fault that they lost it and then they just brushed me off.
