The worst display of customer service and the worst I have ever been treated. the girl Ordered in front of me and then it was my turn. A man walked beside then behind me (he already had been taken care of). The employee then looked me in the eyes and said yes sir to the guy who walked up...he forgot fries with his food. I just wanted a frosted lemonade...I only had one item to order too. I tried to be wait but that was the cherry on top of a terrible day, I left in tears

*****Update**** 2/1/25. Got a No. 2 combo with the key lime drink. Drink was not the same size that comes with a combo, which should be a medium. The drink was a small but I paid more money. Not cool. I should say it was a small cup full of ice in about half a cup of the actual key lime lemonade. What a rip off. I'm definitely done with fast food. What's going on over there, chick-fil-a? Just got a breakfast, which I haven't done here in about a year. Got home and opened my bag and there are no hash browns. First thought I had was, I don't like wasting my money and I just did. I took a bite out of my sandwich and thought, and they forgot my bacon, but you didn't. The one thin slice of bacon probably cut up into three was hey hey hey paper thin. The sandwich was mostly biscuit, huge folded egg and three pieces of thin bacon. Not cool. Didn't really taste the bacon because there was so much bread and egg. Is that how you doing it now? And if you're thinking why didn't I bring it back. I would have, but I'm busy and I shouldn't have to.

I like this CFA, nice customer service, food is fresh but why do I have to pull up and wait on my food everytime I get here. It never fails. I order via the app because it's supposed to be a time saver but it's no saved time when I come here. Please do better.
