Placed order on the app for pickup in drive thru. Upon arrival, drive thru down to one lane and one person to take/process orders. Drove around for pickup and waited over 20 minutes for my food. It was a market salad! How hard is that to make? Or probably already premade. Finally, I received a bag of what looked like my order. However, I did not receive a fork, dressing for the salad, nor the grilled chicken on the salad. As I pulled away, driving to my destination to have lunch, I asked if everyone was ok inside. The person stated that all the leads were in a meeting. Next time, Chick-fil-a do us all a favor and close the place! All the other employees not in the meeting couldn’t perform the required tasks.

Food and service were excellent, as always, but we sat in a line you couldn’t escape for over half an hour. We had ordered in the app but were not smart enough to walk up to the pick up window. Live and learn!

Go Chick-fil-A!! You continue to keep the bar high. Why would you go to any other fast food establishment unless you just want overpriced junk with rude service.

I say, everything I eat here it is bussing! The employees were so nice, the nuggets were very gold, and delicious, the fries very crunchy, and perfect to eat, heck even the drinks is really good! I would eat here everyday from now on! I even love the fact that the same employees would say hey welcome back at me! Amazing staff, great food! Keep up the great work chicken fil a!
