This has to be the hands down worst chick-fil-a on EARTH!!! The employees are soooooo disrespectful and the management is horrendous. My food was completely cold, and what seemed to be hair was on my salad, which shouldn't be happening considering employees are supposed to wear hair nets, right? Management needs to find a new operator and fix this restaurant before this place goes downhill, which I'm personally hoping to happen because this place is horrendous. I have never had a negative Chick-fil-a until today. We tried using one of those free meal cards and it just went down hill from there. The girl in the drive through had no idea what she was doing. After sitting & holding up the line for 12 minutes she sent us off without half of our food. Went inside and explained the situation & was told to go back out to the car to show them proof of a receipt (understandable) even though I wasn’t given one. I was met with 12 people behind the counter just standing there staring at me with doe eyes. I am usually very understanding considering I have worked at a chick-fil-a myself however I do know that my team was never as unorganized as this location.

Yesterday I was in town for a conference and Molly in the drive through was courteous, well mannered, and was kind in taking my delivery and patient when I asked for information on an item. Chick-fil-A sets the standard for customer service but that young lady deserves a promotion or at the very least; acknowledgement from higher up. Thank you Molly. Mr. Kc
I love the Chic-fila in Sacwnnah off of Skidaway. They had the most darling table decorations. The staff are always friendly and respectful. Never a bad visit with my grandkids. They love the playground—and the nuggets.
