Evening shift, Oct 3, 2025 @ 4:15 pm!!!! Waited and waited and had to literally ask someone to help me. Everyone walking around looking dizzy. Waited over 15 minutes for them to tell me the order was not in the system and I had flag someone for help. Morning shift is good but the evening shift needs adjustment.

Condiments are consistently missing from the bag if it’s not condiments, then it’s utensils. The kitchen must not be dropping fast enough because they always have a car move up to a stop sign.

I used the mobile app feature. I forgot I was in a rental as my car is in the shop for repairs so I selected my usual vehicle. Caused a bit of confusion, understandably so, but Heather made a comment that was unnecessary. “Totally wrong car” and walked off. I made a mistake as humans do. There’s nicer ways to let people know.

Not enjoyable. Might as well had gotten a small fry, with the portion they gave me. All the food was cold, and tasted frozen. The sweet tea was not sweet and tasted very old. Not to mention the line took forever for myself, and the others who had ordered.

We ate breakfast at this Chick Fil-A location several times recently during a family member’s hospital stay. The restaurant was clean, efficient, and the employees were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful. The food was very good…Chick Fil-A continues to impress with the way it upholds a standard of service and excellence everywhere we travel. While some of their corporate political choices have caused a stir, their central mission remains clear and well-fulfilled. They are a great role model for food service and quality. Kudos to Chick Fil-A and in particular to this CFA location.

Everyday I come in Mr Ryan at this location is a miserable old man who gets orders wrong and makes his peers and customers feel weird about it. Guy need to be off your front line asap. Asked him if there were chargers he pointed to an area without a single charger. Everytime I walk in and he’s there I am walking out and taking my business elsewhere. Send a decoy in and see how he acts.

This location is absolute disgusting….from the cold wrap, skimming on the chicken , from them saying they do not do no salt fries is absolute disgusting. Went here the other day to grab a bite. Cold chicken wrap, large cherry coke and fries. Got the order. Fries were barely warm, cherry coke was watered down and the chicken wrap was just that COLD and disgusting….went in and all I really was wanted was my fries to be hot and light salt. B/c what they gave me was a lb of salt. The guy at the register, said they do not do light salt or no salt. The pound of salt they put on the fries, you basically have to deal with it AT THIS location. NEXT TO A MILITARY base. Asked for the manager, guy says she’s going to say the same thing. I said ok, manager, thnkx ! She comes over and says this location. They do not no salt or light salt…that’s really weird to me, that a fast food establishment. Does not offer you no salt fries or light salt. That they are fully comfortable with sending their big potato wedge fries out the door with a pound of salt on them..cool, I got a refund for the whole meal and this will be my LAST TIME eating at Chick-Fil-A. Didn’t care too much for them anyways. I have plenty of things to have high blood pressure over, but over salted fries will not be one of them…I do NOT recommend this Chick-FIL-A. They are disgusting

Was waiting to get my food and I can over hear the store manager and who I assume the franchise owner complain about dashers or uber eats drivers asking for ice know in Savannah it gets as hot as it does. I can understand you not having enough ice but your a multimillion dollar complaining about ice as if it takes a huge chunk. Be for real learn that what you say can be overheard from your customers do better and be kind when you sit in AC all day not running around grabbing orders.
