Just ate at this location and I’ve never ever such good food from this place - I go to the one in Pooler and they can’t even compare to this Savannah location! The manager was very present and so sweet, The staff was very well spoken and very polite! 1000/10 will recommend this location over any other location - Definitely worth the 30 minute drive.

What is not to love??!!! My only complaint is when ordering. The lovely girl we always get is quiet spoken, it is loud, and we both have tinnitus. There is a lot of, "I'm sorry?" "What?" "I didn't hear you"
I would love to give more stars but I just can’t. Had lunch here today. It was not even busy and we waited almost 20 minutes to get a melt that was cold. We had to go ask for our food. Our order was noticeably sitting in the window. Not sure for how long but obviously long enough to be stone cold. This place is not the same without Anne.

Well, if you want your chicken salad cold on a toasted croissant… with lettuce and a tomato… which is exactly what I asked for…go to Jersey Mikes…. I actually tipped after arguing to simply get a toasted croissant. Completely dissappointed. But if you choose to have it their way.. I’m sure it’s just fine.

I was not aware of Chicken Salad Chick until I ventured south this summer. What a find!! Absolutely loved the food and the unbelievable courtesy of the staff in Savannah, GA. Staff were beyond nice, friendly & helpful for this newbie. Wishing & hoping the come to NW Virginia... soon!

Chicken salad is excellent. Broccoli and grape salad sides are very good as well. The bread they use does not match the quality of other parts. I would not get a sandwich again but rather just the good parts. Service friendly. Atmosphere is booths and tables in a busy restaurant in a quiet mall.
