Not a big menu selection. Waitress was inattentive. Very disappointed.

Do not go here if you expect your order to come out like you ordered it or if you want your food to have flavor. Also, food comes out cold and manager will ghost you. Horrible service.

Very bad customer service, they didn't greet me, the waiter first brought water out, just slides it on the table without saying a word, a few minutes later, she brings the drinks, and does the exact same thing!! No hello! No nothing... If you don't like your job, then you should find something else, that brings you happiness! I'm all about customer service. This place clearly does not have it!!

This was my first time at Chili’s. My wife had been before, but it was new for me. I really liked the service. Our waitress was friendly and even though things were a little slow, we did not mind. We ordered chips with the three dips to start, and the dips were not great. The chips came in a huge portion but were too oily for us.
For the main course my wife ordered pasta and enjoyed it. The portion was big for her. I got the Triple Dipper with Nashville chicken crisps, chipotle chicken crisps, and bone-in wings. It ended up being a lot of food. We also had a beer and a cocktail. By the end we both felt like we gained a couple of pounds, but the atmosphere and service made it a good visit. The dessert was a nice finish. I would come back.

We got there around 9:30 / 9:40 and the restaurant was around maybe half capacity; not super busy, but not empty either. It took our server about 10 minutes to finally come see us. Our table of 3 ordered drinks as we were still deciding on what to get to eat. We got our drinks another 10 minutes later and put in our order. We got a full rack of ribs with a half order of Texas fries and a full order of Texas fries. It took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. The ribs and half order of Texas fries were great! Hot and fresh and exactly what we were looking forward to. The full order of Texas fries (my only order) were stone cold. By the time our server FINALLY spared a minute of her time to come back to us, I asked that my order be sent back and taken off our bill and I would request chips and salsa to go instead as I had kind of lost my appetite and it was getting close to closing time. We had also requested a couple of small plates to share the ribs amongst us three which we never got. We got three margaritas throughout the night that each took a lifetime to come out to us. When we were ready to pay our kiosk would not show our bill and, once again, our server was nowhere to be found. We requested to speak to the manager after finding the hostess so that we pay our bill and get out of there. He took the kiosk and took another 10 minutes to come back. Once he did (without the kiosk or bill), I had told him that our service was more than disappointing and that it would be nice if we could at least get my chips and salsa comped. He obliged and also gave us three $5 gift cards as an apology which was appreciated. We STILL waited another 10 minutes for our bill to come to us all the while we see our server pass right by our table MULTIPLE times without so much as sparing us a glance. We flagged down another server and told her we were waiting on our bill and we just wanted to go home. She said she would take care of it. Another 10 minutes later (apparently this was a theme not unique to our main server) and we see the server we flagged down standing with her coworkers talking and laughing. Finally our main server brings our bill (with an attitude) and we decided to use our gift cards now as we didn’t ever plan on coming back. The manger informed us that they wouldn’t be activated until 24 hours later and we could not use them to pay toward the bill that night. At this point, we want to be anywhere but at this restaurant, so we paid and left at 11:20: TEN minutes before closing.
This was our friend’s first time ever going to Chili’s and it’s unfortunate to say that she will never be back. There’s absolutely no reason we should have been there for as long as we were and practically ignored the whole time. While I appreciate the manager’s help in easing the blow of the whole experience, we still left disappointed and regretful that we chose this restaurant for our girls night out.
Chili’s is my absolute favorite sit-down restaurant, but there’s not a chance in hell I’ll go back to this location. Hinesville and Statesboro are amazing, maybe you guys can take notes one day.

Great food and great service!!! 😀
I ordered a pickup that was ready 8 minutes early so my co worker said she would go pick it up for me since my break was not for another few minutes. The soda was missing although I did get a straw in my bag. Seriously, why is it so difficult to get orders correct? Who wants to make another trip back to the restaurant for missing items when you only have a 30 minute break. The fries were cold and nasty and got thrown away. So 2 of the 4 items I ordered were a waste. Please do better.
You been to one Chili's you pretty much been to them all.
Chillis is one of my all time favorites and I haven’t been in a while so tonight was supposed to be a treat but it was the total opposite the reception by host was very dry as if they were irritated by guest even arriving once we were seated the server went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable she immediately took our drink orders as well as our food orders her and the bartender were the stars of the show and was definitely attentive and on top of every customer that came their way they definitely get a 10 across the board when it comes to customer service and drinks but never in my years of eating at Chili’s have I ever tasted this low quality of food it didn’t take long for us to receive our orders but the food sucked at best I don’t know who they have working in the kitchen at this location but they need to do better we didn’t want to complain or give the server a hard time because she was so pleasant so we packed everything up to go and as soon as we got home we threw it straight to the trash that’s how horrible it tasted

This was a birthday dinner gone wrong. The service usually makes an experience for me and I could tell this gentleman didn't want to serve our group. Sadly is showed during our entire meal to the point we had to ask to speak with management. Thankfully the food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Except one of our steaks came out over cooked and we waited so long for the remake that everyone was done eating. The manager didn't offer any discount for that inconvenience.
I wouldn't recommend this place for a large group. We had 8 people in ours and it was a very uncomfortable experience.
The Chili's in Pooler gave us a much better experience.

VERY rude staff, Food was called in at 9:20 to pickup for 10:15, it still was not ready, but we were patient and waited an additional 30 minutes. to go specialist, said it was ready then and she went to the back and didn’t come back 15 minutes without the food. at this point, it happened close to an hour or more so ask for a refund. And gave me a hard time insisting that I have to lower my tone and get out the store. He also threatened to call the cops on me for asking for a refund.

A young lady approached our table and took our order pretty quickly. We ordered our drinks and food right away and our food came out in 15 minutes or less. When the food arrived, I noticed right away my burger sliders were VERY overcooked. To be fair, it was 1pm and the dining room was full so I decided not to eat those because there was plenty of food at the table. My daughter’s tenders weren’t hot, but she ate them as they were. No one ever came to check on us or make sure we were satisfied. We never received refills on our drinks. We cashed ourselves out on a payment kiosk that was sitting on the table. After I made payment, I started filling out the survey and a male server stopped to ask if I needed anything and started reading my survey and said “Oh no! Don’t submit that! They won’t give us hours if you don’t have a good experience.” My daughter looked very uncomfortable and I replied “I’m sorry, I’ve already filled it out.” He then literally asked me to hit skip survey and not turn it in. It was very awkward. We love Chili’s and go regularly to different locations. We will continue to go to Chili’s, but we will not return to that location.

While we were seated quickly and all is the staff was professional, all of our food was luke warm, our waiter was clearly stretched thin, we had to keep sending our drinks back because the lemonade was apparently running out and it was watery and the sweet tea didn't have any sugar added.

Charles & Amy and the entire staff was very accommodating and patient with us as we got it together to celebrate my daughter’s 12th bday. Food and service was great! With a large group something is always going wrong but not this time. Food was hot and drinks were refilled and I didn’t have to stress about a thing. Definitely will be back soon

So got the triple play x 2. The chicken fingers not just here but everywhere is just not good anymore. You can tell it's not made in house like it used be. The southwest egg rolls not crispy and just ok at best and on the side of soggy. The Cheese sticks not great either. For $65 with tip and just 2 sodas was bad. The appetizer was decent, was the chips with 3 dips. But over all will not be back.
