I ordered a moblie to go and although the food was good the presentation of the food was not the best, it seemed like they just threw my food in the bowl. I have hard other locations and the food is normally nicely layered and evenly distributed, but not here. However again the food still tasted good.

I’m not sure about any of the females who work here… but the guys are awesome. Super fast and always friendly. I visited on 3/18/26. The old reviews do not accurately reflect the efforts of the new staff, which I’m assuming is the managers or past managers fault.

This is the worst chipotle location in existence. The staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. The ingredients themselves are somehow always incorrectly made and inconsistent with Chipotle’s brand. Went in today after waiting 1.5 hours for an Uber order and they had run out of food. Terrible business location.

Placed an order a DoorDash for pick up. After waiting for 60 minutes, they say they never received the order and are not going to make it. My money is gone. They asked me to call DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash calls the store but No one picks up.
In the meantime, the staff is making food for themselves eating and chatting

This location is always so dirty.. last time I came it was roaches that was when the honey chicken was available so I said I’ll come get the new chicken to try. Maybe they cleaned up the place it’s the same thing and it’s like they have old meat but they’re putting new meat on top of it but oh my God, it has to be at least two days before they cleaned those pots out.

As someone who remembers how good Chipotle used to be, I can safely say that the quality of the entire company has gone straight downhill, since even before COVID. This location was just another example. Slop burritos overstuffed with rice & short on the protein. Stale chips. Overpriced drinks. All served slowly, by indifferent staff. In other words, par for the course.

Definitely one of the worst chipotle I been too. Waited in line about 20 mins for them to serve my family and I. Our turn we got nothing but attitude for the one helping us because they were late for their break and other other person didn’t come back to take over. Our food was skimp barely and rice or chicken then when I asked for lettuce and the container was empty got an eye rolled since they had to walk to the back to get more. The one at the register had to argue with me that the kids meal doesn’t come with chips has to call another employee over to confirm.

I placed a pickup order for 4:20 and when I arrived a few minutes later around 4:35 it was still not ready. When I asked about my order I got a look of confusion. Waited about another 10 minutes and received my food thrown into a busted bag which fell out all over me.

Apparently this food chain doesn’t care to even talk to customers while check out anymore and just stops making food at 2pm in the afternoon( even though they close at 11pm) no brown rice no chicken no this no that. Only a large chips available and as usual you pay for it and it’s not fresh and bordering on stale chips. Most of time there drinks are out of taste off as well. All sound terrible location. I don’t go much to chipotle anymore as all there locations can be hit or miss but this one’s just awful. They clearly don’t care about fresh food or customers overall. Bare minimum. I usually don’t write reviews mainly because I’ve worked retail and I know business and stores don’t really care but this was just bad all around. I will say that the one girl who actually made my order was working and nice but that’s the only thing they had going for them today.
