The staff working at 2:45PM on 10/23/25 was incredible and made the best bowl I’ve ever had at chipotle. I’m in a new city everyday traveling for work and eat chipotle every day (no exaggeration) and out of the 38 states that i’ve eaten chipotle, this one takes the gold!

The bowl I had was filled nicely and the correct amount of ingredients. All of the ingredients were fresh and the lady doing the mobile orders was attentive. However, there was only one fork for three meals. The chicken in my girlfriend’s bowl was so soggy that the juice caused the bowl to become soggy. It was only the chicken, the steak was fine.

Every time I come here, there are NO GRILLED VEGETABLES! Once I ask to have them, the staff either says no, we're not cooking any right now or I have to get the attitude from staff while I ask them to cook some. Its an option on their menu. I want some. Weird. Then to be rude, you over season the vegetables while I wait.
