I normally eat here in some way or fashion atleast twice a week. Its my favorite place after working out. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I asked to put Green Tabasco on my burrito, and she came over and said no they cant do that. I let her know they have always done that for me, she tells me not at that store they haven't. I let her know that its the only store I go to, and they have every single time, and she told me no, they never have, that I was wrong. If it weren't for her being so disrespectful, and telling me I was wrong, I would have plbought my burrito, and would still go there. Now I'll never go there or order from there again.
Before I got to the cash register, I was watching how the girl (brown skinned w/braids) on the register was interacting with the guest. She was unpleasant to say the least; throwing bags with food items in them like they are her car keys. I asked for a mini bag of chips, she gave me a large one. I ask where to scan my phone to redeem my reward, I can barely hear her reply. It was obvious she just wanted me to swipe my card and go! She ask me âwould you like anything else?â back to back, not giving me anytime to think about the additional items I might have wanted. I guess my replies werenât fast enough for her. đ
I was in the restaurant today on November 13th, 2025 around 2:30. Sucks that my food was good but my service was trash! This location is better than the victory one, just not today customer service wise.

The young girl who was working last night with the ponytail had a nasty dismissive attitude. We wonât be back and the food wasnât good. Nothing tasted fresh and a lot of Burt pieces of everything. The guacamole tasted old so her attitude was the head of it all. Quit if you donât like working there.

Compared to other outlets, they are generally more generous with portion size of proteins. Ambience and waiting times are typical. Chipotle salad bowls are better options for a fulfilling meal if you skip the rice and excess cheese for people watching their blood sugars.

Every time I visit, the guacamole or queso never looks fresh. When I ask for fresh items, they often say they don't have any more. They really need to get it together. We pay a lot of money for fresh food, and it's disappointing not to receive it. If you don't want to do your job, maybe you should consider quitting.

Employees were super generous with the portions and very polite, but my boyfriend and I both got food poisoning from here on the 1st. Quite a way to start a year. Food safety is important kids! Also for anyone wondering, we both got chicken and steak burrito bowls.
