Every time I visit, the guacamole or queso never looks fresh. When I ask for fresh items, they often say they don't have any more. They really need to get it together. We pay a lot of money for fresh food, and it's disappointing not to receive it. If you don't want to do your job, maybe you should consider quitting.

To whom it concerns or handles this franchise, my brother ordered food here a few hours ago. I understand water cups are made for water but I know you all know no one gets actual water in those cups let’s be honest. Regardless of that NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO PUT THEIR NASTY HANDS on my brother. It’s not your place and if you had an issue why not call the manager. Things should’ve been handled differently. Is it in your employee rule book to put your hands on a customer or anyone for that matter. This needs to be addressed before this employee does this to another person and turns left or who knows how much people she’s putting her hands on in your establishment. I was about to leave a good review after eating there yesterday, then I get this burrito from ordering online.

Smallest burrito I've ever gotten from any chipotle ever.

Ordered on uber ahead of time, when went to pick up the order when they mark ready, it’s not ready, no one bagged the food for like 20 mins and asked why it’s not ready, manager Jeffery saying I don’t have to yell when I was only asking. You Should not have mark order ready in the first place when it’s not actually ready. Worst service. Food cold missing sauce.
