After a long day, my boyfriend and I ordered a burrito and burrito bowl for pickup. Our order was messed up because they put white rice in his burrito when he ordered brown rice. The white rice was severely undercooked and very crunchy. I love chipotle, but after this, I won’t be ordering here again. Very disappointing, please do better.

I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but at this point I completely hate the Mall boulevard location it's like they either don't add something that I ordered or I get the completely different wrong order it's so annoying at this point that I am willing to drive all the way out to Pooler for Chipotle because at least they never get my order wrong

Half the food I ordered they said they were out, or put poor portions on my burrito. Staff couldn’t roll my burrito and kept ripping my tortilla as they seemed agitated to be here.

Long wait times and didn’t have 4 of the items I always get on my burrito. “Sautéd veges” we’re like eating raw green peppers with no seasoning. Low chicken led to small portion sizes and nothing but lettuce and rice burritos! Young lady repairing the food then had no patience with my order bc the line was out the door. Unprepared staff, be prepared to WAIT. Last time I visit this location
Dirty this place needs to be cleaned up. The dining area is nasty, and where condiments are. The people preparing the food have their counter nasty and doesn't wipe it off. Even my daughter said something about it, and she is 14 and knows that the place was not right.

I stopped by Chipotle for a quick bite and was pleased with the friendly and efficient service. The food was decent, but I was surprised to find that they didn't have all the protein options and sides available for in-store customers. It was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was a good experience.

Went in at around 10 and they close at 11. Vegetables unavailable, steak unavailable. Sure whatever, brown rice(undercooked, charged for guacamole even though all the items that normally comes with a bowl was unavailable. Person was nice but they also just slapped things on randomly like a person at a buffet just stacking things.Disappointing meal and visit.

I went to this location on February 2, 2024 at 8:30 pm and was told they had no chicken, steak or carnita and no veggies. I asked how long the wait would be to prepare more and I was told they wouldn't be making anymore, they were out. I guess my question to Chipotle, if it was 8:30 pm and the store closes at 11:00 pm, what would you be selling? I left there and went to Surcheros and service was amazing, food was awesome and you don't pay extra for every little thing. I recommend them when you want tex mex.
