Chuck E. Cheese was overly packed & it was like 5 other parties going on at the time of ours BUT this young lady did her thing at staying calm & she was very attentive. Very sweet we absolutely LOVED her

Paid a little over $100 dollars. Half the machines did not work and we did not get reimbursed for it or tickets. The only thing I can say the kids enjoyed besides the games that we swiped our card they couldn't play. The pizza was cold. But kids love pizza š cold or not!

I came to let my daughter play there and I had a water bottle same with my six year old grand daughter and they wouldnāt let us come in because we had water bottles and said we could buy a water bottle but why would we buy one when we had them? I was even going to buy the gold play pass and buy food and go a lot more

Went for a birthday party. They are a busy place, food is good for kids. Salad bar was not as good i had to pick through welted lettuce to get good pieces at the unlimited salad bar. Chuck e came out the sing happy birthday was a nice little performance for kids

Had my daughters 2nd birthday here 10/18. This is the second party Iāve had here so I knew what to expect. The staff was nice at first. But 1. They didnāt say my daughters name during the birthday shout outs or whatever it is with Chuck E. Cheese, they didnāt sing her happy birthday and no one came to light her candles. 2. No one came so she could do the ticket blaster. I just decided to stand over there until someone did it. 3 there was way too many kids in the play area/trampoline. A little girl got kicked in the head, kids going down the slide backwards. 4. Why yāall cut the pizza like this ?

Had a great birthday party for my kiddos there, honestly good pricing for what all you get. We basically spend all summer at Chuck E. Cheese anyway, get there early and leave after a couple hours, and there's rarely a crowd in that time. It's our favorite way to play!

We went to this Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party recently. And I will say it was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Food was delicious and the kids had so much fun. I will say, food was a bit pricey but thatās most places these days. We will definitely be going again.

Took my kids for my daughters 10th birthday! There was 1 other family there. They had a blast! They were absolutely sweet about us coming late and didn't rush us out. We will definitely be back just for a fun time!!

No I won't tell others about my experience, but I will say this to a lot of the people that have been putting in reviews that they don't understand why they took out the animatronics, because your kids don't know how to stay off of them. And stop messing up things that's why they took him out. If people would get ahold of your kids. Chuck E cheese would have been like it was 12 years ago 13 years ago. Fun with the animatronics, but you can't control your kids. So they had to take him out. And why the store is nasty? Because y'all are the ones that throw the trash on the floor let your kids trash it up, don't pick up behind them.Then you wonder why chuck e cheese has went downhill
