I stepped in paid for my buffet and didn't even stay 5 mins nor get to eat just from the sheer number of people blocking the way or stopping other people from getting anything just so they can save for their friends or family. Will not be returning.

I haven't been to Cici's in almost 10 years. The pizza is still good but staff could not keep the buffet maintained so there was very minimal selection.

Usually this place is a win but the day we came they were out of so many things. The salad bar stayed empty, the noodles were only used for soup. No red or white sauces,no onion, bacon, pepperoni, salad mix and dressings etc are the things I heard the workers talking amongst themselves that they were out of. I ordered a large order of cinnamon rolls to go and when I got them they were separated individually not iced and the lady gave me two condiment cups of icing and said here you go and I asked her could she please drizzle the icing over the cinnamon roll so she did. she put a long drizzle back and forth over all of them. they weren't even touching she iced the box more than the rolls. they were hard. they were not good and they went in the trash. I don't know what's happening here but it is going down quick

Today we go for dinner and first time our experience not good. More than 5 years we go cicis pizza for dinner. To no service. I am place order for some pizza and we wait More than 45 minitus. I am asking about my order they tell wait. There no some foods in front. . Today service is not good. We return home without dinner.

I purchased the adult buffet the service was terrible my pizza was never made initially about 45 minutes into me waiting on it I finally asked about it they tell me its coming(its not) so I wait for it somebody finally ask me what I ordered maybe 15 minutes later and I tell them it takes them another 30 minutes to make it they got it wrong over and over again and when I asked if I could just get some cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience they told me it was for the buffet and because I asked them to box my pizza up after waiting on it for an hour I couldnt get them

Had a early supper with my grandson and was having some trouble with game room machines didn't know how to play them we asked young lady named Amanda she dropped everything to help us and when she couldn't help she went straight to get her manager and they both came Right back turned out too be out of gaming cards but I was truly appreciative of there service and glad the manager was so sweet and took the time to show Mrs Amanda how to fix the Machine what great team work an excellent customer hands down we will be coming great all the way around thanks cicis

I had a wonderful experience tonight at Cici's Pizza! Amanda was wonderful and greeted us upon our arrival, and she was also super kind to my son! She has hands down phenomenal customer service skills which is not very common these days. The world needs more people like Amanda 👍🏻 My son had a blast in their little game room for the kids and the pizza was great! Thank you Cici's Pizza & Amanda!
