Absolutely amazing food. The pizza was great and there was a nice salad bar, however the greatest aspect was the value. I had 17 slices of pizza, cinnamon rolls and a salad.

The pizza bar stayed empty from 12:15-1238. Manager was more worried about running pizza out to one table than keeping the bar stocked. They had no pineapples. Their first bar warm had no heat bulbs. Its dark as night up there. My wife and I have to wait for any food on the pizza bar still til the present time of this post. The manager ask what I want. I said just waiting for food on pizza bar. It takes roughly 5 mins for a pizza to go into to oven and come out. 7-10 mins total in time. There is 0 situational awareness here. I doubt Ill ever return to this location. By far the worst CiCi pizza experience of my life and Ive eating CiCi since my teens in the 90s in Tx. When the management doesnt care!! It truly echos through the building

I have tried to eat here twice in the last week. Both times there was maybe 8 slices of pizza on the buffet. They were out of pasta, the salad bar was a wreck. Trash cans overflowing. Dirty tables. I don’t know if there isn’t enough staff or the staff that is there just isn’t trained properly. The times I went were midday and midweek. I can only imagine what a disaster it is on the weekend. The owner needs to step in and get the staff more help.

This Cicis was good. I'm grandson loves it here, so every time we visit a city that has one, we seek it out. Everything was good, but pepperoni should always be ready and available at any pizza place and they couldn't keep it stocked here.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The poor lady at the front desperately needed help & the so called manager sat at a table by the window the whole time. The tables & floor were covered with food & trash. The smell was bad. Barely any food on the buffet. Last trip for me for sure.

An interesting experience none the less
Atmosphere was a little off. Music didn't seem appropriate for a restaurant that attracts families with small children, and there were dirty tables not being cleaned although the patrons had left.
Pizza on the buffet was cold, some spots empty entirely. Some food on the bar had been sitting for a while. The pasta was mush, all clumped together into a gooey ball. They were out of tea on the drink station, and it took them about 30 minutes to make a fresh batch.
That wasn't the worst. As I was at the drink station waiting, I witnessed a male cook take a pan and discard old pizza into the trash can. He slapped the pan against the interior of the trash can, before returning it to the buffet and placing a fresh pizza on it.
All things considered, I won't return to this establishment, and I would advise others against it. No reason to pay $25 to eat cold, possibly contaiminated pizza and gooey pasta, while listening to odd music in a dirty restaurant.

It’s CoCi’s. The pizza that just came out was delicious. The service was awesome. They were so nice and made us fresh pizzas for the buffet when we asked. I ate until I couldn’t. And the brownie was. Delicious.

My kids wanted to come here but I am currently battling health concerns so all I could eat was lettuce and cheese. Virginia made me a special bowl so I could eat too and offered me seconds.

there was not a singular clean booth in fhe entire place. pretty much every table was stacked high with DIRTY plates.. at 6 pm on a monday. gross.
