Usually this place is a win but the day we came they were out of so many things. The salad bar stayed empty, the noodles were only used for soup. No red or white sauces,no onion, bacon, pepperoni, salad mix and dressings etc are the things I heard the workers talking amongst themselves that they were out of. I ordered a large order of cinnamon rolls to go and when I got them they were separated individually not iced and the lady gave me two condiment cups of icing and said here...

Had a early supper with my grandson and was having some trouble with game room machines didn't know how to play them we asked young lady named Amanda she dropped everything to help us and when she couldn't help she went straight to get her manager and they both came Right back turned out too be out of gaming cards but I was truly appreciative of there service and glad the manager was so sweet and took the time to show Mrs Amanda how to fix the Machine what great team...

I had a wonderful experience tonight at Cici's Pizza! Amanda was wonderful and greeted us upon our arrival, and she was also super kind to my son! She has hands down phenomenal customer service skills which is not very common these days. The world needs more people like Amanda 👍🏻 My son had a blast in their little game room for the kids and the pizza was great! Thank you Cici's Pizza & Amanda!
