Someone recommended Clarys, so we decided to give it a try. The staff was so pleasant but I wasn't a huge fan of my dish. My cheesesteak was very salty and my bfs grits were very think and grainy. Again, the staff and atmosphere were great.

Super speedy service, cheap prices, and absolutely delicious food. Honestly, the sausage gravy biscuits I had here for $10 tasted much better than the $21 ones I paid for yesterday. Portions are huge too! Server (Mike) was very attentive despite it being PACKED and ensured we had everything we needed and our glasses never got below half full. Definitely recommend!

A Savannah staple for a reason. We live near by and it’s our tradition to walk here for brunch almost every weekend, sit at the counter and order the same thing…. Crab cake benedict! The best crab cakes I have ever had in my life. It’s so refreshing to rely on amazing food, service, and a bustling humble atmosphere every single time. So many places miss the mark and let us down, but Clary’s is not one of them. Far from it. Poached eggs are immaculate every single time, which is a huge accomplishment in my book and a sign that someone knows their way around a kitchen! They are a well oiled machine even during the tourist rush hours and still manage to have great service. You can always count on them to never try too hard to be something they’re not. It’s quintessential Savannah and what they do they do it extremely well. Protect Clary’s at all costs, authentic places like this are few and far between!

I would rather have not so nice people sort of excellent food than ordinary food served by excellent people which is what you will find here. Ordered the eclair before I knew the filling was out of a can. Will not be back

We came to Savannah this time to explore outside of the riverfront area. I ran across this place as an online recommendation. When we walked by it was pretty busy. When we came back to eat, a guy literally grabbed his food to go and went back to work. All good signs of a good eating spot.
We got there and an all girls school class came in to eat lunch. They were pretty fast for having a class of over 20 girls come in.
My wife and I both had omelets and they were really good. We will definitely go back to try some other items.
Didn't have the pancakes but they were the size of a full size plate.
They definitely do not skimp on portions.
