Cold Stone Creamery

Outstanding service!!! I stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery today and ordered two Everybody Size ice creams. It was a bit of a long queue. However, I got the fastest, friendliest service I’ve ever seen at the Cold Stone. The lady (manager) was an absolute ray of sunshine, keeping every customer feeling like the most important person in the room. Ice cream was perfect, but her energy and smile were the real cherry on top. Whoever runs this store, she’s the reason I’ll be back!

Sumi was awesome! We came in with a large group and she got our orders in so fast. She even remembered all of orders when we got to the register.

Charged for each single piece of a mix in. So a single reeses cup counted as 1 mix in. Never have I ever visited a cold stone and it was done this way. The mix in is a topping not a serving size. Will not visit again.

Most disrespectful “establishment” I’ve ever experienced in my life. So much for “southern hospitality” my family ordered ice cream and y’all know their ice cream is not cheap. We were served 2/4 ice creams and they come outside and try to take the chairs from under our asses because they were about to close. Why are you still taking our money and serving us if you are going to take our seats? Worst of all was we explained one of our family members is HANDICAPPED AND CAN BARELY WALK. Staff member did not care and still said he has to take the chairs in. The owner did try to resolve the issue but it was way too late. Night ruined. I’ve been wanting to come to a cold stone for years. Very sad experience.

They have the flavors up on the menus like they're supposed to mix the ice cream with something and then you order the icecream and they just slap the icecream onto the coldstone mix it around and put it onto the cup. When you get the peanut butter surprise or whatever its called, you're getting choclate ice cream. No reeces cups in them or carmel syrup or nothing like that.

Stopped in yesterday after a grocery run to Publix. The man behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. After trying a few flavors and hinting at what I was looking for, he suggested the Founders Favorite and boy was he right! It was absolutely fresh and delicious. Great store with great customer service.

Very professional service.We ordered ice cream cake for birthday party and they asked us very good questions to make sure we get cake as customized as we wanted. Prices are good and place is clean.

My friends and I walked in 2 minutes before closing as the two young adults were beginning to breakdown for closing. They could have told us they weren’t open, but instead served us with smiles on their faces. They were sweet and genuine. We really appreciated it and the ice cream was super delicious. Thank you!
