Can't go wrong with Cold Stone ice cream with mix-ins. Staff friendly.
This mess right here is PIT a FUL just nasty I’m sick to my stomach throwing up and I seen a roach cooking up the cookies there and they falsely advertised their food as cooked cookies and then gave me a fake and nasty uncooked cookie with bits of bugs in it .
We went yesterday, January 16, at around 3pm. From the time we entered until well after we were served (we sat outside to enjoy the ice cream), there was a constant stream of customers. The gentleman working was patient, polite, and quick to complete orders. He was alone too, which made it that much more impressive, given he must have served at least 2 dozen customers in a short timeframe. Kudos to him for being such an obviously great employee!
Kids love it here! The girls behind the counter are super friendly.
I ordered the birthday cake remix. It comes with sprikles and brownies but I didn't have any brownies in mine. It's like she just put crumbs in my ice cream.
This past Sunday I stopped by Stone Cold to get a "Dough for It" ice cream in a bowl. First, the young lady asked me what I wanted to my "Dough for It" ice cream. I said I would like to add cherries, whipped cream and caramel. She then proceeded to scoop what looked like vanilla ice cream. I noticed her mixing the cherries and caramel with the vanilla ice cream. I look at the menu and I reread where it says the "Dough For It" includes:Ingredients: Classic Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Chocolate Chips, Cookie Dough and Sugar CrystalsShe has only mixed the additional toppings: the cherries and the caramel. None of the ingredients it came with were added. I ask about the missing ingredients. She then pours the mixture out of the bowl and back on the slab to mix in the ingredients she forgot. she puts it back into the bowl. I mention how watery it is (see picture), so she "double bowls" it. I paid nearly $10 dollars for a milkshake in a bowl. The young lady didn't mix anything well so there were extremely large cookie dough chunks n the mixture. It was horrible!
Great ice cream and great staff

Just tried calling this location and the workers keep hanging up on me before I can say anything. :(
I love this place. Best Icecream in town. German Chocolate Cake is my personal favorite. I also love their Birthday Ice-cream Cakes. It’s now my go to place to order cakes during any events or birthdays of any of my staff members. Staff is very courteous. Highly recommend it.
Great experience. Super friendly staff!
