Was given the wrong order after waiting in a huge drive through line, the person was speaking so fast could not understand them and the burger they gave me was under cooked red in the middle. I get it you work there and proficient with the same things over and over but slow down and get the orders correct.

Went there at 2:45 AM, Waited in line, then the drive thru said they were closed. What time are they open? What time do they close? Nobody knows! I wouldn't have driven across town if I had known their hours were different than what they advertised.

Great tasting food and it was made to order without a wait. The service and quality was immaculate as well as the appearance of this establishment. Great prices and menu options make it difficult to not buy the whole store! Everything was beyond delicious too! 😋 yummy!
Incredibly understaffed. The whole allure of cookout isn’t the subpar food, it’s the late night availability and quick-ish service. When you pull up to a drive-thru with one vehicle in front of you (at the ordering box), you don’t expect to wait 25 minutes to drive away with the food at midnight on a Saturday.
The staff is obviously trying their best, but something is obviously wrong on the managerial side of things.
Drive ten more minutes to a different cook out.
