From ordering from the drive thru is was attitude about not having certain things right now then we we got our food it was just all thrown in the bag and upside down where the Cole slaw didn’t even have the lid on all the way so it leaked all in the bag making it bust open on the bottom by the time we got home to eat it. Hotdog was all messed up from been thrown in there upside down.

Y'all... somebody from corporate needs to intervene and take over this location starting with cleaning house. Most of the employees here are rude, have no sense of urgency, and lazy. Ebery time i go the person working drive thru is visibly and audibly annoyed that they are having to work. On top of that its almost always a long wait where the line moves SO SLOW. Start with the management team here and work your way down. They all need replaced. They just dont care because no accountability.

The people that work here are incompetent I asked for double onion ring on my cookout tray but instead they gave me double corn dogs my wife ask for jalapeños cheese fries but instead we got chilly cheese fries and a sloppy messed up burger the staff here need to go back to school or get hearing aids

Food is to be expected, always good from cookout. The staff seemed annoyed at requests. I requested no bun on the burger which was forgotten. They fixed the issue immediately and they were very apologetic which improved my mood and my meal!

I ordered my usual Cook Out Tray with a BBQ-style burger and didn’t realize until I got back to my hotel that the burger was raw inside. On top of that, it was missing the pickles and other standard toppings/sides that normally come with it.
This was especially frustrating because I hadn’t eaten all day and couldn’t easily go back to have it fixed. Serving an undercooked burger is unacceptable. Very disappointed with this first and last experience.

Absolutely hate the customer service at this one. The people here are rude and very nasty in tone and demeanor especially if it’s a late night shift. I tried with this location because it’s close to home but I’ll no longer be going. Forgot to add that as I’m eating I see my order is wrong. Annoyed
