Cookout on Skidaway always has the best staff. I always go through the drive through and the people that take my payment are the nicest and just so sweet and friendly! I’m really blown away by that bc other fast food places, window workers act like they hate their life.

Today, my family ordered 4 milkshakes. The cashier rude and unprofessional personality. If you don’t like your job , get another one. There are too many people need a job! Waited over 10 mins, and all the cups nasty with over spilled milk . So you didn’t pay attention to what you handed a customer. She was asked for an extra spoon. She said they are on the side of the cups! I said EXCUSE ME. I know all that but it was requested. She need to be retrained and coached. ???This place is awesome! I have never been one to eat the skin off a piece of chicken, but it was soooo yummy I did. The greens were tummy, as was the mac n cheese, the nanna pudding taste like a gramma made it. I do recommend trying the cajun seasoning they have on the mac and the chicken. Just a touch, tho as it already is great. The tea is good n sweet and very fresh. He even brought me hot sauce for my greens n chicken. (It doesn't need it to be tasty but I love a touch of heat) Very nice staff ? I also bought some of the cajun spice to take home.

I came through the drive through the one night and saw a girl with a black kitten... And I thought that was every nasty to have in a restaurant.. Then on top of that she went to sit down in the dining room with the cat in her lap. I just want to know if y'all let y'all employees bring there pets to work if so I think y'all should let y'all costumers know advice

Best drive through fast food burger of any I’ve had - ever! And the milkshakes are outstanding. If you’ve never tried cookout, do yourself a favor and grab a burger tray with some Cajun fries - you’ll go back - guaranteed!

My first experience with Cookout, unfortunately it was not a good one. I asked what Cheerwine was and the cashier said she didn’t know. Ordered Cajun fries and got regular. Noticed after paying she rang up a shake incorrectly. Went back and told her before they even started the shakes. She walked away (presumably to tell another employee) without saying a word. Shakes finally came up after we were done eating our food. Shake was still wrong. I said that we had just talked about this and then she took one shake back and said “he says it’s supposed to be strawberry.” 5 more minutes later the strawberry shake finally appears. The other group we were with also waited on their shakes, also after they had finished their meals. When two of their shakes were ready, the employees set them down. We asked if she knew which one was which, she said “no” and then walked away. Food was pretty good, even if wrong, prices were good too. Would try a cookout again, just not this one.

How can I start waited in drive thru almost 20 minutes now that's way to long apparently there under staffed
