The bruschetta was served on cold damp bread. I've never experienced that in any restaurant. It had to have been frozen and not completely thawed. The flavor of the bruschetta was good, but a bit heavy on the onions and light on the mozzarella. The side salad was excellent. Fresh and crisp with the right amount of onions and cucumbers. My husband had the lasagna. He was happy with it but very unhappy with the fact that bread did not come with dinner. I told him he was probably better off without it since mine had been frozen. Went during Thanksgiving weekend. There were 3 in our group. We had reservations. This place seemed popular. We ordered traditional Italian dishes, veal marsala, chicken marsala, and chicken picata. We expected bread with our meal but we're told we had to order bread to get it. We ordered garlic bread. We received 2 slices of bread(regular bread, not Italian,)with garlic butter cut into 4 strips. The chicken in both dishes were not wounded thin or pan fried. Just regular chicken breast in sauce. Very disappointed.

I got the fettuccine alfredo, and it was terrible. It had no flavor, and the pasta had been broken in half prior to cooking. It’s a hard dish to mess up, but they managed to do so. The service was great and attentive, although I would have appreciated being asked how my dinner was.

In comparison to Bella Napoli's it's definitely the less authentic experience. The food was good but not great. I didn't like the large slice of cheese on the bruschetta, it was quite difficult to add the tomatoes but was in fact delicious. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan (my favorite Italian dish) and the crust them use on the chicken is much thicker than Bella's and had a great deal more taste of oil. Their sauce is delicious though. For dessert I ordered my favorite, tiramisu, and took one bite and spit it out. It was entirely too drenched/wet for my taste and extremely mushy. Overall, not horrible but maybe a step above Olive Garden. Bella's feels and tastes to me to be more authentic.
