In Savannah you always have to consider the tourist value vs regular restaurant value. The Check in wasn't smooth, it's terribly congested and nowhere to stand and wait. Even with reservations it was bit chaotic. Waited a while for initial contact with server. Apps and salads came at the same time. Then, when the food arrived, they seemed confused about how to put it on the table (there was no room). It was like they were waiting on us to clear our own table. I eventually...
Did not find it exceptional. Food was ok. We were put at a table in the walkway area. We requested to be moved and then they put us in a window table where the window blind had fallen off. I had to wear my sunglasses during my meal because of the direct sunlight was in our eyes. I felt like I was a zoo exhibit sitting in that window table for everyone walking outside could look in and watching us eat. Probably will not go back. One and done.
This was our first visit and a bit of a disappointment. The place looked like it needed a redo. The pictures on the wall looked like the glass needed to be cleaned and the overall ambiance was dark and dingy. Our calamari appetizer was dry and contained a minute piece of calamari. It ended up tasting like a potato chip. Bug let down for the cost. The marinara that came with it was cold and tasted old. My linguine with shrimp was excellent and my husband had the lobster and shrimp...
