Best meal of our stay in Savannah. Hands down the best food and service. Everything handmade down to the cola in my Cuba Libre! Deliciousness is high.

Wow, the food was so good! We started with cornbread, black eyed peas, and cheese grits. Loved them. My husband got the Osso Bucco. I got chicken thighs & mac n cheese. Both entrees were outstanding. And, the dessert, oh my. Peanut butter pie for the win! Also, special shout out to our wonderful server, Brittany. She was fantastic.

What a great evening at Cotton & Rye. It was our first time there and it did not disappoint. Everything was amazing, starting with the appetizers. We had the shrimp and grits and the wings. Both were out of this world. I don't normally like grits very well, but these were otherworldly. The wings were so unique and not like your average wing. We had a party of 5 and we had a variety of entrees. I can speak for the trout... it was covered in roasted garlic and pine nuts. So delicious. My son had the friend chicken, he said it was phenomenal. My wife had the pasta, delightful... our friends had the trout and the pork shank. Everyone was satisfied and stuffed, but my son and I couldn't pass up the chance to have the peanut butter pie. It was PB heaven on a plate. Some jelly drizzle, some brown sugar whipped cream, and these little crunchy things that were the perfect accompaniment. The old fashions were great too! All that said, as good as the food was, what made the night was our server Asia. What a wonderful person she is! She was so polite and helpful and made us feel more like we were part of her family as opposed to customers. We had so much fun, talking and joking with her. She was just the perfect person to help us have a nice relaxing evening with friends. Thank you Asia, and thank you Cotton & Rye!
You need to save room for dessert. The peanut butter pie is amazing. The service is great on all the levels. Wish had gotten the wings, they looked so good from others table. The Mac and cheese is gooey and flavorful. The chicken thighs are crispy and moist. Get the dessert!

What a great experience. Kyara was a great server. She recommended so many great items, and our meal was on point. Wings were very unique. Sticky, messy and delicious. The chicken with dumplings was like soup and hit the spot. Had a little curry in it, I'm guessing. The sides we chose were cornbread, fingerling potatoes and Mac and cheese. Liked them all, but the Mac was our favorite. Pork shank fell off the bone and had a delicious gravy. Cheeseburger and fries were my favorite too. Medium on the burger and you won't be disappointed. Candy bars for dessert finished off the great meal. Definitely recommend this place. It's different and enjoyable.

This is one of our favorite Savannah restaurants. The food is always Delicious. The menu changes often to keep things fresh. The Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. The Vibes are very Cool.
I tried so many things while visiting this restaurant recently, including the chicken wings, shrimp and grits, cornbread, trout, mac and cheese, pork shank, and almost all of the desserts. It was ALL incredible. The wait staff were all wonderfully friendly as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and delighted in all of the delicious food! You cannot possibly go wrong by visiting this establishment.

You will need to make a reservation but the food here is fantastic! We sat in the outdoor covered area and really enjoyed everything about our meal. Great location with plenty of free street parking.

What a wonderful evening. We were a group of 8 and seated in the vault - wonderful atmosphere. I ordered the Flounder - done perfectly and tasted so so very good!!! We had the chocolate bread pudding for dessert - oMG out of the park delicious. Our server REBECCA took such good care of us. She made sure that we had everything we needed without hovering over us. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We were glad we chose Cotton and Rye during a quick overnight in Savannah. Parking was easy next to the restaurant. We arrived a little early for our reservation but our table was quickly turned over and made ready. The service from the entire staff was unmatched and our server Asia was a true gem. Drinks and food were excellent. Our only mark on atmosphere was the noise level but this did not detract from our overall experience. Will definitely return in the future.

Date night, had the pork shank and it was outstanding, in a Cajun style roux with red rice and some veg. Rich, flavorful and not salty, it was tender and good to the last drop. Wife had a salad with shrimp that was standard. Drinks were solid, biscitti for desert were nice, but wow, that shank. $36, so on the high side for a cheap cut of meat.
