This place has seriously Gone down hill since the Previous GM James left. When he was there the atmosphere was completely different. Service standards have disappeared since they promoted the new manager. I come here frequently and the so called “manager” Tamika is horrible. She is so hostile and disrespectful. Until she is gone I’m telling all of my family and friends not to go back here. The bartender Cheryl is very unclean behind the bar and rude to customers. She took forever to make the drinks for my table and the kitchen sent out cold underdone food. When we brought it up the manager refused to remake my order and or take it off the tab. It really seems like the clique of managers were egging each other on to be rude to customers and blame it on the service staff. The hostess Edith was very sweet and made my night. The owner has a lot of work to do here… save your money and go somewhere else in the meantime.

The white female bartender was very rude and kept a very nasty bar and got nasty with us because we asked her for a towel to clean the bar. She then told us she wasn't going to serve us so we left. They need more professional people at the bar who knows how to greet folks.

Just ordered the gumbo, It's such a same it only came with one shrimp. Some one needs to donate a bucket of shrimp to this restaurant. Don't know why they being so cheap but they need help. They giving me broke people vibes.

Service was awful
Also when I order a Seafood pasta, I expect something better than spaghetti noodles and no flavor. I was not impressed.

The atmosphere is the only thing worth going for. Go in, take a photo with the fake pirate and leave. Trust me. The food is not good at all. The service is subpar. There is far better food in Savannah. Why waste your time and money here?

The food was amazing and the service was great! The seafood boils are bursting with flavor. I had the house sauce which is a garlic butter mixture of delicious. 9 out of 10 recommend (the only one that wouldn't recommend was looking for a salad😂)
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly...they have chicken nuggets/fingers if your child doesn't like seafood.

If you want the saddest gumbo, look no further. For 8.99 you get a single small shrimp, no crab meat, 2 of the tiniest clams, 2 scoops of rice, all drowned in a salty unseasoned bowl of canned chicken that would make Campbell chicken noodle taste like a delicacy. The shrimp pasta was all oil that any seasoning that may have been added, was quickly rinsed off. I’ve had better wings out of a frozen bag tbh. The service was slow and run by children who prefer to goof off in the kitchen than to tend to tables. Not a single drink refill was offered and it took painstakingly long to get our check. We didn’t finish the meal. Still paid and cut out losses.

My family and I visited this establishment as we do every for my 79 year old dad birthday it's one of his favorite restaurants. We were a party of about 20 people ( with 4 children ages 5 and under ). Our server Stephanie was amazing. I was the there the night before for a birthday celebration & she was great so I requested her for my Dad's birthday celebration which was the following day. The food and portions were good however my husband & I received our salads as they were closing tabs out ( for the night). My husband is a diabetic who is "allergic to seafood" so the salad was his go to ( simple right). Our salads were wrong & we were only "compensated" 10%. At that point ( we are restaurant owners) the customer should have received the salads at no charge & 15 % off. Do better

ALL of their staff need to work on their customer service skills. I'm about to leave this establishment with my husband, our little son, & my parents. We're paying for one of the least impressive meals we've had in a restaurant in quite awhile. 3 of us ordered the sweet potatoes as a side & they were dry & flavorless. We were told the sweet potatoes were like candied yams. That was far from the truth. We asked the server for cinnamon butter to improve the taste. After she supposedly spoke with the manager, we were told cinnamon butter was only for sweet potato fries & that they had NO other butter. To our server's credit, she offered us plain sugar, but we didn't think it would change the dryness & poor flavor of the sweet potatoes. My husband's request to get a different side to replace the sweet potatoes was ignored. Overall, the food & service were lacking. We ordered sodas/lemonades & at no point did we get any refill offers from the server. After all of the above & waiting as long as we did for our meals, we won't be back to this establishment. Savannah has SO many other restaurant options & there's no need to tolerate spending our hard earned money for such poor service & food. Let me not forget to mention that our meals weren't even brought to the table together. My son was eating 20 minutes before we were. The server must have sensed our lack of satisfaction because she found her "pleasant" personality when she brought the bill. I guess she thought about her tip then. She must have forgotten about their flat/blunted affects & lack of engagement with us as customers that went on before the bill came out.

Weekend outing and came to the mall. We saw this restaurant and it was on my to go list. Conveniently located. Very friendly and knowledgeable waitress: Ranesha. The seafood bags were pricey, so we decided on baskets. The calamari was good, seasoned breading and sauce. Our food was okay. I tried the frog legs, and it was very bland. The fish basket lacked seasoning as well. The Georgia peach drink was okay. I saw a dj booth, so we may return for a DJ night as something to do.

I went to Crab Du Jour after Sunday’s church service. Unfortunately the heat was out in the building and the weather outside was about 45 degrees so you can image how cold it was inside. Our server tried to accommodate us by giving us heaters, but the socket blew out as we were eating our appetizer. Despite it being quite cold, the service was great and the food was also amazing. I ordered the Whiting fish basket with Cajun fries and okra. I went with a couple of family members and I happened to try some of their food as well. The pork chops were delicious as well as the sweet potatoes, hush puppies, black eyed peas, and collard greens. I would definitely like to go again, but only if the heat/air is properly working.
Parking: There was plenty of parking when I first arrived, however it can get crowded with people shopping in the mall and with construction going on in the area.
