The service was very slow - it took almost half an hour to get our food after we ordered. The gravy on the roast beef overtook everything and the beef was chewy rather than tender.

Kendra was our server and she was so pleasant and professional, we asked for several different things at different times and her reply was always “of course” and with a smile. It made our experience very enjoyable.

There was a fight and the hosts were so distracted even though the argument had left the building. I guess this is what you get when you have a bunch of kids working here. They were repeating some of the curse words at the front podium as well which was not appropriate.

Waited 40 min pancakes was nothing like cracker barrel pancakes they were cold would not melt butter bacon had been cooked for a while it was a bad experience. We have been cracker barrel people for a very long time

Food wasnt made to order. The service was pretty slow, but it was packed inside so its understandable. Pricing is fine and the seating isnt too crowded.

For the first time, I have to give a negative comment. Our waitress told me that she was going to refill my drink and left. I observed that she had a very long conversation with another waitress, one table over ours. She didn't bring my refill and/or the bill. On our way out, my wife asked another waitress for our bill. She contacted her, and she came and gave me the bill without any additional comment. I told the cashier about this situation.
