If I could give this business lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with Crumbl Cookie or any other business for that matter and customer service is non-existent. Bought 2 gift cards only to find out a couple of weeks later they failed to put money on them. I live 3 hours away and have repeatedly tried to contact them but they refuse to answer their phone or return messages that are left.

Always a great variety ! Friendly service ! Cookies are always fresh and delicious.

I do not want to give this review but as of late the crumbl I knew and loved is gone at this location. I remember at least two years ago the cookies were great the customer service was amazing. I would have my order repeated back the box opened to show if it was correct and if things were unsatisfactory the workers or manager on duty gave a swift response. However, as of September 11, 2025 the quality of service has gone down it’s been going down for the last couple of months but it’s come to a head the bakers don’t follow the recipe. The cookies they make are NOTHING like they’re supposed to taste at all my Kentucky butter cake cookie was hard as a rock it’s supposed to be soft and buttery. I had the same issue with my circus animal cookie both I’ve had before and it was also hard. I had instructions in my notes but they missed it simple accident but what followed after showed me it was a lack of customer service skills. When I got the cookies they didn’t smile greet nor did they open the box to show me if the order was right just flopped it in front of me a complete night and day to the service I used to have it’s a shame. If you come to this one come at your own risk. I would go to the Pooler one instead the customer service there is excellent. Hopefully, the staff here changes and returns back to their formal glory but I wouldn’t bet my money on it.

Loved it

Bad customer service! There was no greeting when we walked in and when we were trying to order they were saying that they didn’t have any cookies and being rude. When we received the cookies the employee didn’t even ask if the order was okay (something that they always do) and just left it on the counter and didn’t say a word. The place was a mess!!

The cookies and staff are wonderful

Ordered in store pick up on the app. When we arrived we were informed that 2/3 of our cookies were sold out. We asked for a refund for the 2 cookies. We did NOT receive a refund. It has now been almost 2 weeks. Corporate says they are not allowed to issue a refund. This store location won’t answer the phone and will not return my call even after I left a voicemail. I filed a chargeback through my bank account and it was accepted for 5 dollars. You guys still owe me around 10 dollars.

Very good cockies, employees very nice and kind.

The strawberry cheesecake was fire and the employees were so nice!
