Amazing!!

Was very fast , warm fresh and sooooo sooooo goood . Employees was extremely OVERLY TOP TEIR SWEET AND NICE AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMERS . It’s very clean and tidy inside ; worth the price and time . Overall 10 out of freaking 10 love love love looooveeee Crumbl DOOOOWWWNNN BABYYY!!

Second time at a Crumbl store. Only heard about Crumble because I received a gift card. I rarely eat sweets unless they are so good they are worth the calories. This store had absolutely
AWEFUL, AWEFUL, AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! After none of the employees knew anything about the app, nor helped me order, nor smiled, I left with Reese’s cookies with no pieces of Reese’s on them whatsoever, and a fudge brownie cookie in the shape of a ball, and no crumble points! When I went back in to find out why the cookies had no Reese’s on them, none of the employees would even look at me or say can I help you. I was not rude to anyone, just asking for help. I’m soooo angry and annoyed! On top of everything, the store is dirty. I can tell you, as a fellow small business owner, if you are going to sell 6 small cookies for $15, you have to give the customer an awesome EXPERIENCE-super cleanliness, over the top, friendly, helpful customer service, etc. Yes, the cookies are better than WalMart cookies, most people aren’t going to pay premium price without the experience. I will definitely not return to this location.

What a treat to receive Crumbl cookies for Mother's Day (5/8/26) from my out-of-state son + family. I was at home with the front door open (behind the glass storm door) when they were delivered. It is unfortunate that the delivery driver used poor judgment in leaving the box of cookies at my doorstep instead of ringing the doorbell. I estimated the cookies were on the ground for at least 60-90 minutes before my son called to ask if I received their gift. Lo and behold there they were ---- covered in ants. How disappointing! I called the Crumbl store in Sandfly and spoke with Chris. He said they contract out deliveries and if I wanted to I could bring in the ant-covered cookies and get replacements. This store is about 15 miles from my house and just not worth the drive. Very disappointed in the Crumbl response (no apology) and in the delivery service thought process of leaving food, much less sugary cookies, on the ground without even attempting to contact me by knocking or ringing the RING camera bell. Sorry. Not sorry.

Very plesent, ladies were very nice and helpful

I ordered a box as a gift for out of town C family. I was notified of each stage of the delivery process in a prompt manner. I received a call from the store manager that she suspected there may be a discrepancy in the delivery recipient. Only then did I realize the address I confirmed for delivery was one number off. Sea was so helpful and understanding and was able to re-deliver a brand new box to the intended address within hour. This location is outstanding, reliable, and their customer service is impeccable. Thanks so much for the continued positive experiences!

Great cookies, but the last time I was in there to pick up an online order I stood and waited for a while before I was acknowledged.Never happened before but maybe a new crew?
