Store is going downhill which is a shame. Order online, drive to pick up, order not ready. Cookies already paid for, they are out of some, the others smeared and box was dirty, actually had human hair stuck to it. Why bother ordering ahead if they are not making orders ahead?? Customer service is mediocre at best. Very disappointing
