“Where’s the rest?” Ordered the Flavor of the Day and got a scoop so tiny it could’ve been a taste test. Barely any toppings and definitely not worth the price. When I brought it up, the staff acted like nothing was wrong and insisted this is how it’s supposed to be. Completely disappointed—won’t be back.

I've been coming here for years now. An used to get the best food always was fresh an hot. But the last few times I been food was awful an cold an customer service sucks now. Stood there for almost 10 mi minutes before anyone said welcome or tried to help us

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for an online order only to be told I had to go inside to pick it up. Why couldn’t they hand me the food from the drive through? When I got inside there was no one working the register and about twenty customers waiting. I am highly disappointed in the service here.
The waitress recommended the onion rings with the Culver sauce. It was delicious.

Loved it only complaint is I like my burger hot like the cod fish sandwich. I went before lunch about 11:30 and was highly disappointed my burger wasn't hot. I must say I have never gotten a hot burger from any of Culver's locations I've visited but decided since it was early it would be hot. Curds and fish sandwich was hot while Burger and fries were cold. Peanut butter shake was delicious.
