This was our first time visiting this facility. It was decent food. I don't feel as if it was outstanding. Everything was fresh but lacking a little flavor. I would eat here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I ordered a bacon burger and fries to go. The presentation was great! The food itself was very cold. The burger meat was the same temperature as the lettuce. COLD. The fries were barely warm. The concrete was good.

I want to start out by saying that I love Culver's butter burger with cheese.
I was super excited about finding one relatively close to our campgrounds.
This Culver's location is the worst one I have been to. The service was horrible. The food was the worst burger I have ever had. It smelled horrible, taste like it was cooked on a griddle that had not been cleaned in a while. Save your money. Go somewhere else. IT IS HORRIBLE.

Food is good as always but a star was lost when my order was made wrong twice. Please double check your food before you leave!!! I checked my food twice since I had 2 sandwiches that was made wrong and went inside to get it corrected and was still made wrong with one sandwich that was supposed to have onions and tomatoes to STILL not having them and having to go back inside for a side of tomatoes and the 2nd sandwich being without onions amd no mustard but onions was still placed on it and you can see the mustard which they tried to smear into the sandwich. I understand it's busy but SLOW DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION cuz one wrong mistake can cause a lifetime of pain. This is food people do have allergies and also there's no place on the app to write notes to notify of an allergy and that's concerning.

No beef, no coke, no produce. While I understand, the scenario that Helene caused please put up a sign before we actually get to the drive thru speaker stating that there is no beef. Waited 30 minutes just to find out that there was no beef. It takes less than 3 minutes and 2 brain cells to make a sign, instead of waiting to tell them when they are at the speaker that items are missing. ? #WaitTooLong #NoBeef #NoCoke #NoProduce

After going through Hurricane Helene and dealing with widespread power outages, I was pleased to find Culver’s on Montgomery Crossroads, Savannah Ga. open. However after sitting through the drive-thru more than an hour, I finally got to the speaker to place my order only to be told “Cash Only”. One would think a sign would have been placed in multiple places in the drive-thru line that you are excepting cash only. The days are frustrating enough and to have to have wasted an hour+ sitting in line to only to be turned away. I have been a regular Culver’s customer for some time now but no more!!
First time in a Culver’s and this location has made a customer for life.

I don’t understand why the same mistake happened twice. Lack of training. It is the 2nd time I ordered at the table, waited 20 minutes and go to the front desk and see my meal lying on the desk, I asked how, they said just wait at the table, and directly took the packed burger out handed to customer. The first time I got the cold burger straight out of the to go bag along with the receipt that said “dine in” The second time I asked where is my concrete mixer, the worker said “sorry I forgot” and directly handed the melted goo thats been sitting there for 20 minutes. No more words can describe my anger and disappointment.

Their food is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. Also my recent visit during a very busy lunch hour with a long line allowed me the chance to see how quick & efficient their staff was and despite the astronomical number of cars we were back on the road in no time.
