“Outstanding service!!! I stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery today and ordered two Everybody Size ice creams. It was a bit of a long queue. However, I got the fastest, friendliest service I’ve ever seen at the Cold Stone. The lady (manager) was an absolute ray of sunshine, keeping every customer feeling like the most important person in the room. “We went yesterday, January 16, at around 3pm. From the time we entered until well after we were served (we sat outside to enjoy the ice cream), there was a constant stream of customers. The gentleman working was patient, polite, and quick to complete orders. He was alone too, which made it that much more impressive, given he must have served at least 2 dozen customers in a short timeframe. Kudos to him for being such an obviously great employee!“
