It’s a cute place but service is incredibly slow. I go through the drive thru and it takes 45 min for 5 cars to get coffee. When it was my turn I waited for one hot latte for 15 min. One of the baristas ignored me for the first 5 min until another finally came over. I could also see inside the cafe and there were only two customers inside.

Nice little coffee shop with good wifi and open later than most in Savannah. Service was excellent. My only criticism is that the drip coffee was rather anemic for my tastes; I prefer a bolder dark roast after living in LatteLand (Seattle) for 40 years.

I really wanted to like this place, but my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Several staff members are unfriendly and unwelcoming. The coffee is mediocre and poorly prepared, and they’re always out of the breakfast biscuit. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and don’t recommend this as a good option for coffee, breakfast, and friendly people.

We are originally from Washington state and Cutters Point was my daily go to coffee shop there. You better believe when I saw this random and unexpected gem we HAD to turn around! The chai tea was exactly what I remember! This will be a stop I make each time I’m visiting Savannah!!

I got a 12 ounce (the smallest ) iced caramel macchiato with two extra shots and it taste just like milk with caramel just drizzle. I don’t taste a coffee at all and I paid over seven dollars plus tip which equal to almost 10 bucks. It used to be very good and now I feel like I just paid for milk and caramel.. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is beautiful, but I don’t think I will pay that much for a drink that I don’t taste any coffee anymore.

The frappes, and smoothies are good. The employees are really nice. The only thing is the past couple times they were out of ice or the blender was broken so they couldn't make any cold drinks. So when everything goes as planned it's good but they might just need to update their equipment, so you won't leave disappointed.

Our experience here was not good at all. The workers just pretended we wasn’t there and not friendly at all. We trashed both drinks. A tasteless latte and a frappe. The brownie was dry and just eatable. The coffee shop it self is cool and deserves better workers, drinks and food. Wish our money back.
