First time customer! I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and after the first sip I was delightfully surprised at how good it was. I am a frequent customer of the big guy coffee place and couldn't believe how much better my coffee was from Cutters Point!! It tasted so fresh with the perfect amount of sweetness and caramel flavor. I actually tasted more coffee with a hint of caramel and not a overwhelmingly blast of sugar. Great job!!

Overall cutters is good. However the drive thru line is very very slow. There is clearly a priority for in store patrons and if you’re not first in line at the drive thru be prepared to wait a long time. Would definitely not recommend if you’re in even a slight hurry. Food and coffee are still great and the servers and service is still overall great.

I always order my coffee half sweet but lately I’ve been obsessed with cold foam. When ordering, they asked me if I want both the coffee + cold foam half sweet or just the coffee and I love that because I don’t like unsweetened cold foam!
My favorite is the dark chocolate latte— it has real chocolate in it!! And the cookie butter cold foam is OMG! I think it’s only seasonal so I try to come everyday to get my fix!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came here mid morning for a sandwhich and coffee, yet they were are out of sandwiches. I decided to stay and still order my coffee but I wasn’t acknowledged for about 5 minutes after being next up to order. When the girl was ready she just looked at me like I owed her something. Then continues to mess up my order which I understand a mistake is a mistake. They “fix” my drink from hot to iced still at this point there’s no apology or nothing. All for my coffee to be 5/10.
The coffee is consistently good, however the service is so strange. It’s so awkward to interact with the staff because it feels like I’m bothering them??

I gave this 4 stars because the coffee is quite good. The Staff on the other hand just appear to not really want to be there. They are so impersonal that my wife refuses to go in there. They hand you an empty cup to draw your own coffee and yet a tip jar is available of course. Now I will say this; they work and it’s non-stop!

I was a little dubious as I was driving here, due to the area I was driving through to get here from downtown Savannah. I just found a place near where we were going to visit that morning. However, it ended up being very cute and my latte was great!

I was very disappointed with the quality of food and cleanliness of this location. I ordered a parfait and the fruit was absolutely disgusting, more fit for a compost pile than human consumption. I’m shocked this place hasn’t been closed by the Health department already!

I love the food, coffee, and service; however, it’s hard for us to go to this location because they don’t have changing tables in the bathrooms. I had to change my daughter on a changing pad on the floor of the bathroom.
