No carryout. Had it most of the pandemic, now, nothing. CLOSED FOR GOOD! Shot themselves in the foot and died from it. Good riddance. Fast food is dead.

It was a great place to get food from on a busy day. Drive thrus now are an exercise in patience. They truly were kind and got mt order (a fairly big one) correct and took the time to be patient and make sure we had everything. Couldn't find the receipt to let management know so came here to cover my bases. Thanks for what you do.

One of the best experiences. Other locations aren't consistent with the quality of food or cs .I hope I get her name right. I believe her name was Ms.Bernie ( older lady ) she took our order . She was very sweet and all around southern hospitality.Thought @ least well that would be the only thing great about the visit . To our suprise the food was really good .We were so impressed by Ms. BERNIE or Bernice .We asked to speak to her @ the window.It's the Savannah location on Skidaway Rd . I hope you know what an gem she is! She could teach some your other locations cs!!!

We love DQ but this location has issues. Every time we have been here lately, seems like the people working do not pay attention when you order. We always get the chicken strip baskets for ourselves and our two kids. Last couple times we ordered it with BBQ sauce and Gravy. Every time, no BBQ Sauce and no gravy. I just wish people actually took pride in their work. These days, seems like it is hard to find good workers that actually care about their job. I guess having people standing in these places making a paycheck is more important these days than having people that actually care to make sure the order is right before it goes out the window. Also, how about put the dang phones down while you are working!!!! That might help insure that your customers food is right!!!! ?

The service here is extra slooooooow. And the food is nasty. I don't understand why it takes so long for simple food that's going to be coldanyway? I tell ya what.... There's a shoe shop that repairs shoes on skidaway street not that far from dairy queen. Go there and order a shoe. Not only will it taste better but you will get it a whole lot faster too. I will not be back to this dump.

DONT EAT HERE. KNOW SOMEONE WHO WORKED HERE AND IT IS MOLDY IN THE BACK AND NOTHING S CLEAN, stagnant water all over the floors, mold covering walls and utensils. Few times I've eaten here I've gotten sick. Only thing that's maybe safe is the soft serve. But I still don't trust it. Also manager is rude and homophobic. Doesn't care about customers or employees. Only cares about making a sale.

We visited two nights in a row, and we ordered two banana split blizzards and they both hard huge chunks of fruit. The fruit was was not cut or blended well, instead we had very large unpleasant chunks of fruit. The experience would have so much better had the blizzard's been made properly. We were visiting from DC and really was looking forward to our visit. We were disappointed. Hopefully next will be different.
