Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, I’d definitely would.
Rayna was the most unprofessional person I ever met in fast food.
She was already had a rude, unfriendly attitude about her when taking my payment and handing me my order. The most shocking part is…. SHE HANDED ME MY FOOD WITHOUT A BAG!!!!(burger and fries was literally handed to me directly) and when asked for a bag she looked like I insulted her.
In addition most of my food was missing and she had to get confirmation from another employee for me to receive my food.
When asked for a manager, she told me they weren’t on staff and I could speak to one if I only called the restaurant.
This is the most unpleasant experience I ever experienced and will not be returning.

The food was GREAT,this is the best fast food I have eaten in years, nothing else compared,it was that good will go back every chance I get please keep up the good work excellent!!!

It was a bit smelly, like cleaner plus urine. But the customer service was wonderful! Michael is the man’s name I believe and he was such a gem towards our large senior citizen group.

After a nice nice walk at Lake Mayer , I wanted a blizzard at Dairy Queen. I ordered a salted caramel small blizzard and of course got the wrong order!! Someone else was given my order. So, when coming back to the window at DQ had a hazzle about receiving my right order!! Well, the manager came to the window and wow got someone who understood and finally got my right order. Won't be coming back 😔

The rudest, and I mean rudest cashier tonight. Actually, every time she has ever waited on me she is rude! Worst customer service ever. I hate coming here because of her but I did it tonight for my family. Never again. Not worth the attitude she gives.

Don't hire employees that have Anger Issues, a New employee worked 2 days was yelling at a old lady, then she got fired
