Excellent family run restaurant four generations are still involved. Went there with my husband and grandchildren. We enjoyed fried green tomatoes, lobster sandwiches, mussels, egg salad sandwich, salads, And a cobbler. Everything was delicious atmosphere was delightful. Love those brick floors and old beams on the ceiling. My grandchildren enjoyed the little play nock under the stairs, and everyone was extremely polite, friendly & helpful. We will definitely return.
Absolutely awesome and exactly what we needed at the moment. A close knit neighborhood bar that treats everyone like a local or family. Sylvia the bartender was a gift- made good drinks, great conversationalist, read the customer well. We had just lost our cat having just left vet and wanted to tuck in somewhere close to home for a moment to catch our breaths. We couldn't have found a more perfect place and respite. We now know our Saturday date afternoon spot. Even privatized...
It was my first experience. Went out and met up with a few friends and just chilled for the evening. Someplace I'll go back to now, that I know where it is. Juat a chill spot when I want to get out
