I've been eating at Dickey's for about 3 yrs now. The service has always been great along with the prices. My wife and I have ordered special meals for Thanksgiving from them as well as having our sons high school graduation catered. I recently went to the location on Abercorn to get two Mac stacks with extra meat. The young guy checking me out tells me that it would be a total of $97.00 for some simple mas and cheese with a pound of extra meat i was like excuse me....IKYFL!!!! I had to have him repeat himself just to make sure I heard him correctly. Once he repeated the total I immediately let them know that I wasn't paying for that. I have also been to the other location in Pooler and the way they fixed our food was horrible. I think these locations are under new owership and it shows. What used to be great service and food has drastically declined. Our days of eating great BBQ has now come to an end. For those who continue to eat at these establishments...just make sure you watch the prices that you are being charged.

Definate bummer ordering from here,i was in Town on business and i remember getting food from the same chain back home many years ago, and it was always good. I got it delivered so I didn’t expect it to be completely hot, but everything was ridiculously cold. Whoever packed it didn’t include the sauces, fries were soggy and ice cold, and I asked for Sliced brisket and got chopped brisket instead.Pretty bad all around

Ordered for pick up and when I got the food all of it was lukewarm. The rib ribs were overcooked and tasted old so did the pork barbecue and the brisket. The dinner rolls were smashed and stale, The french fries were cold and soggy, the Mac and cheese was grainy. When I went in to pick it up, there was no one in the store except for two employees who were just standing around. Not busy at all for Sunday night, but all the food was very lackluster. I will not be returning.

Ordered 124.00 worth of food on door dash only received half what I ordered..called up to dickeys on abercorn..guy tells me he knows it's his fault..didnt put my items in bag and told me I had to go thru doordash for my refund..not on door dash that's totally yalls fault..food to damn expensive to be leaving items off that I paid for

Spent 35$ on 2 sandwich combos on a mobile order, to receive dry sandwiches, with cold bread, with absolutely none of the add-ons we purchased, also 0 sauces included (at a barbecue place at that???) and to top it off we couldn’t even wash down the dry barbecue because they didn’t give us straws for our drinks. Overall just sloppy careless work. We’ll remember to take our money to Jim and Nicks next time.
