First and last visit. Ordered a single pulled pork sandwich that had a tiny amount of meat in it. The server claimed it was “almost” a quarter pound. This totally bland sandwich was listed as $8.99. The total was $10.00. A “recycling fee” of .36 was added. When I asked what was being recycled, the server didn’t know. She said it was a “corporate thing”.

4 different dinners, everyone's was terrible. Food was cold, fries were so covered in salt, you couldn't eat them. Mac and cheese was the worst I've ever tasted. We spent almost 80 dollars and a lot of food was left on the plate. We will not be back.

Erica helped me with my order today and was incredibly friendly , helpful and professional . She was able to help me decide on what I wanted which was the 2 meat plate ( brisket and chicken ) . 10/10 would recommend . Will definitely be telling my coworkers about the amazing experience I had here as well as tell them about the awesome and friendly service that Erica provided

The Pooler Dickies experience was awful. Food was cold, bbq sandwich potion was TINY. The boys behind the counter used the gloves to get the food also used them at the register. Electric scooter in front of drink machine. We use to LOVE this Dickies. In fact we used them for our daughters rehearsal dinner. We won't be back.
