I knew as soon as I walked in that there was something different. The staff was super friendly and engaging. The restaurant was neat, clean and void of signs saying they were out of this or that. I finally asked if there was new ownership and was advised that as of Aug there was. Cudo's to the new owners and the staff. I'll definitely be stopping in more often.
Vegetarian options: They have a veggies plate(I think it's there just to make people laugh)

I got the brisket sandwich combo and brisket was really dry. Without barbecue sauce I wouldn’t have been able to eat. Sandwich was kid meal sized. My girlfriend got the Dickey dog and only way to describe it is SAD. She didn’t even get her fries after being asked what her side was when food was brought out. Floor was greasy so had to be careful when walking. The one plus was the cups and great drinks. This place comes into close second of worst barbeque I’ve had with first place being Famous Dave’s in Kansas City.

By now- everyone knows: Brenden. So many people- from professionals to college students- have spoken to me and shared compliments, and look forward to actually going in on lunch breaks because this employee treats them so well. It's not just the food that generates sales- in this day and age Good Customer Service is rare. To hear people actually choose to make it a place of choice due to the Good service they receive is outstanding! It's really something when your customers instead of saying: "Let's go to Dickie's"....they say: "Let's go see Brenden, and eat lunch there." It's really says something when a company has a great customer service team and you get treated- as you should: like you matter when you walk thru the Door. Hats off to Brenden: The community appreciates you.
