Great atmosphere and decent food. Attention at the bar = 0. And it wasn't just our server, all of the staff seemed preoccupied with themselves and didn't enjoy working. Too bad, could have been a much better experience for my family 😢

We stopped here yesterday for lunch . We were with my parents who have never been here before and we were so excited to bring them here because normally we love this place! We only live a few hours away and come as often as we can and have spent several Holidays here.we have always had the best service too until yesterday! We sat at the bar to order and it was busy which was fine we had no issue waiting . We were finally “greeted “ I use the term loosely by Kevin who apparently hates his job or was just in a mood because he was extremely unpleasant and that’s putting it mildly. He was snappy , rude you name it. We were confused by his attitude because we were patient, hardly asked for much but when we did it was like we were a complete inconvenience. The nail in the coffin for me was When it came time to ask for the bill my husband asked and my 70 year old mom didn’t realize he had already asked and she nicely asked Kevin may we have the bill whenever you get a minute and he snapped at her that we already asked and he was getting to it and he had a lot going on at the moment. Totally unacceptable! She was so nice and his response was not okay! I would love to give more stars but someone needs to know that Kevin has no business in the service industry if that’s how he talks to customers. Today my husband and I went to get drinks and a snack at the Bbq restaurant next door and saw he was over there and decided to go elsewhere. I would like to add that every other employee we encountered at both the seafood and bbq restaurants were amazing and so kind. Aldo this has no reflection on the food because it’s delicious . Listen I get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but come on theres no excuse for that.

I saw an odd post claiming their oysters were undercooked. Lol. My tray of oysters Rockerfeller were served hot and juicy. Perfection. It's December but I took a spot under a heater and was toasty warm. The holiday beer, a dark brown and tasty one was so enjoyable I had a second after my oysters and just enjoyed people watching and chatting with others at the bar as I sipped it.

Stopped by to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere and the Christmas kiosks. The food was great, (I ordered a blackened shrimp platter- delicious!) & our waitress Kaitlin was another delight. Even though it was becoming a very busy Sunday afternoon, she made sure we had our drinks & our food was in order. Highly recommend for the service and the view of the river. The live music was a big plus as well!

It is self seating with a beautiful view of the water front. The night we went they happened to have live music as well. The fried shrimp was the best thing we ordered. The gumbo is not a Cajun style variation they used smoked tomato in the roux which we were not a fan of. The shrimp boil was forgettable sadly. The staff were friendly.
