Aside from the atmosphere the service and food were awful. We ordered the baked potatoes with pork on top and the loaded fries. Both had meat full of fat!! I asked for sauerkraut that was supposed to come with the loaded potatoes to be on the side at the server forgot. The pork belly on the fries was burned. Very disappointing.

Great location but awful service. 6 of us sat there for 45 mins before we asked our waiter to finally take our food order and then the food took another 45 mins. I would not have minded except we saw our food sitting there, waiting to be served. Our food was cold by the time we got it. Other than the fries, I did not eat my meal because it was so gross. cold, unseasoned pork with a very unsettling taste ( multiple people at the table agreed). My BF ordered a drink that never came. I didn’t say anything while I was there because I honestly just wanted to pay my bill and leave as soon as I could, and our waiter never really felt the need to stop by. Between the service and quality of food- not worth the visit. There are much better restaurants in Savannah!

Loved our Biergarten lunch at the Plant Riverside location today. There was only one staff person at the counter taking orders, preparing food/drinks and checking us out at the cash register in contrast to the 3 people handling the burgers on the other end. Andrea was fantastic - even though we were 6 people and she had a long line of people waiting she never lost her patience and her good humor! Really lovely experience.

Kaitlin was the BEST bartender we could ask for during a rainy Dec lunchtime. It was pouring so we enjoyed lunch, her enthusiasm and creative cocktails—Kaitlin made me a special coffee concoction that will keep me warm all day. She’s a pro and made our visit extra fun!
