We really like this place, we always receive exemplary service, these guys always have a good smile and a very positive attitude, which makes us feel comfortable.The food is very good, we ordered the pork and the chili, it did not disappoint us.It's a good stop while you enjoy the views of the Savannah River.

My friends & I went on St Patrick’s day and got the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. After trying to give the waiter all our orders he yells “I don’t have time for this!”. I confronted him and his response was “I don’t care of this is my job we have a lot going on BYE”. We proceeded to tell the manager who did absolutely nothing not even tell him that his behavior towards PAYING CUSTOMERS wasn’t ok. She (the manager) also didn’t give us an apology until someone else stepped in. I’ll never spend my money there again?

Worst bar service ever! Bartender with no hair gave me a menu and said I’ll be right with you. He then proceeded to take orders from 4+ patrons seated after me. The other bar staff whirled around with eyes down looking at the floor. Most ignorant bunch I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t get anyone to give me a simple draft beer. Sister bar, District Seafood on the hand had 5 star service especially the bar tender with the thick round framed glasses.Dietary restrictions: I wouldn’t know because I was never served!

And of course, you're right on River Street with a view of the river in the newer and high end of the street.Now, the bad, which actually surprised me since our last visit.I love BBQ, I cook it, I learn it, and I can tell you, I can absolutely serve you better shredded pork than I received today.The pork seems like it was oven cooked, zero smoke flavor, not even a hint. No bits of any bark at all, no noticeable 'smoke ring' on any part, but what I did have, plenty of fat and A LOT of very chunky pork that had to be cut with a knife.The MAC AND CHEESE, ?, get it. The smoke house fries, very tasty, overcooked, and very crunchy.Now, I've been here a few times before, I do not know what happened, but this wasn't BBQ.Also, if you think the yellow bottle of BBQ sauce is anything like a carolina mustard, you would be wrong. It was straight-up mustard with no flavor of vinegar or any other spices.Maybe I am a BBQ snob, but if someone orders shredded pork, they at least expect shredded pork at the very minimum.Guys and Gals there, your service is outstanding, your BBQ, well, I do better on my back deck smoker.

Food was absolutely amazing. Some of the best food I’ve ever had in Savannah. No in fact, it is the best food I’ve had since I moved to Savannah 2 years ago. Our server Ryan P was phenomenal. Very attentive. Knowledgeable about the food and restaurant. Very nice guy. Made the experience just that much better. Definitely going to be coming back as often as I can.
