Food was not fresh fish, our server was not attentive at all no plates no cutlery didn't think I'd have to pick up my hot mushrooms with my fingers. Never asked if we wanted a refill on water or another drink. Overall atmosphere there was none . The other servers most hung out at the side of the bar on their phone while 3 other servers looked very busy . ( guys were busy )

Food was great! Noah was a great server. He was super friendly and had some great quips. Only complaints are the drinks were a little pricy (but it’s a tourist area so no surprise) and the bathrooms could be remodeled and weren’t the cleanest.

Food was good, bacon dressing was awesome. Atmosphere was rendered by the gathering of emplyees at the end of the bar and sitting at the last booth, drinking and texting. Also witnessed multiple employees doing multiple shots at the bar in front of customers. I hope the owner cleans this up because it's ashamed because the food is ok. Draft beer was warm. Told waitress I will just take a happy hour bottle and she said they were out. So she brought another draft and said I was right that it wasn't cold!! What?

Our waiter was really nice and attentive. The food was okay, some dishes better than others. I got the mahi savannah and the fish was dry and everything was underseasoned. We did learn the air was out in the back so im sure they were extremely hot. We also tried to order some drinks and they were out of most the ingredients. The waiter was trying to be accommodating and doing everything he can but he said they were waiting on their delivery truck.overall, We had a good time and the service was good but the food was only okay.

It was our first time. The staff was very attentive, and even the specialty is seafood, we ordered salad with grilled chicken breast, and it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy. We don't drink alcohol, so we asked for mocktails, and they were perfect, not too sweet!

This was my first stop on the Riverfront yesterday and it was a terrible experience. I sat at the bar to beat the long wait for a table. First I ordered a fried shrimp platter that came out with 7 shrimp and was told the platter was a bigger portion so why would I get 7 shrimp that's the basket. I said something to the bartender because I didn't want to be charged for a platter when I actually received the basket. Secondly there was a girl sitting next to me playing a hand held video game than decided to walk behind the bar just so happen I needed some tarter sauce I asked her and she said she didn't work at the establishment. Well I asked Matt for some tarter sauce and I told him the the girl customer service sucks his response was she's not there for customer service and that she's his girlfriend just helping out at the bar. Isn't that an insurance risk and how would the customers know she doesn't work there. She had a very bad deposition about herself. She said she was told not to speak to the customers. Just a very bad experience.

This was our first stop in Savanna, and we continued to go every day we were there. The catfish platter was amazing as well as all the other dishes we experienced. Make sure to say hello to your local bartender Nat, who made it one of the most remembered vacation stops for us.
We came to get the turkey melt/crab chowder combo that was the BEST. They removed it from the menu. We ordered the fried seafood instead and it was dry and bland.

They delivered us the wrong beers - tried to pass off a m Miller Lite as an IPA. They then wanted to charge us credit card rate for cash. Then the waiter said he couldn’t break a $100 bill because he wanted all of the change. Sketchy bookkeeping.

We had the crab and shrimp. There was basically no meat in the crab and soon after eating the shrimp my mother got very ill and started throwing up. We had to quickly return to the hotel. We paid around $70 for food poisoning. My mother was humiliated due to throwing up in the street and was worrying about what people were thinking of her.
