My server Nat was exceptional. I ordered a salad and she recommended the mahi mahi to go with it. I was blown away by how delicious it was.🤌 Best mahi ever! Succulent, flavorful, and a perfect addition to the Savannah Salad. I'm only here for a few days and there are dozens of dining options, but I'm coming back before I leave! Great view of the river, and sitting outside is a fun spot for people watching.

Nat is THE BEST bartender in savannah!!!! She was our server and bartender and she gave us the BEST experience. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Checked up on us and really made us want to come back the next time we are in Savannah!! If you go, make sure she’s got you, she is THE BEST!

Highly recommend!! We came up for SCAD day and stayed for the weekend. We stopped in for dinner. No waiting. Fast service with a southern smile. Everyone was very friendly. Food was excellent- I recommend the surf and turf steak and shrimp. Prices were perfect for the high quality meals.

Horrible service I have been here for 20 minutes asked 3 times for a server and watched three other psrties get seated and place orders and receive drinks before i had to go talk to a manager and wait an additional 10 minutes to place a drink order...the server was very short and blunt and not nice....she had to come back and adk for my drink order again...27 minutes later i finally got a drink

My son and I stopped at Dockside Seafood during our trip to Savannah and loved it. The food was fresh and flavorful, the riverfront setting was perfect, and the service was outstanding, friendly and genuine from start to finish. Definitely a must-visit spot for great food and great vibes in Savannah.

Our waitress was awesome and sweet. Great customer service and atmosphere. The only thing I would hope for would be more quantity of food. Though delicious, price for the amount that we got was lacking and for a first timer I was hoping to enjoy something to try to take home as well. Taste is great but if you want me to come back for more; I need a bit more on my plate.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday Sat. Sept 14th for a bite to eat while showing my daughter who's visiting from Seattle River St. Out waiter was extremely unprofessional it all started when we brought to his attention that our fountain drinks didn't taste right he said that they should be fine because he'd just had a drink from the same machine but didn't offer replacement drinks hmmm.... But said he would remove my daughter's drink from the bill she asked for a sprite instead but he said that they serve sprite there oh btw he removed her drink from the table no problem. Fast forward hr comes over with the stores tablet with my bill on it but he's not showing it to me and says that'll be $113.00 at the point I ask to see what I'm paying for with a attitude he says oh let me remove her drink from the bill his intentions were to actually charge me for something that we didn't get hahaha.... But your asking me for my card and not showing me the receipt hmmm.... Needless to say I didn't leave him a tip but I do have a tip for Dockside please do better in training your staff I manage people everyday and I would never allow people that work under me to act like that with my customers.
