I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich and it was inedible. The bread was burnt and it didn’t have anything on it but a sliver of meat. The pizza was dry with very little Italian sausage it had no sauce and the crust was hard. The service is extremely unprofessional and the customer service experience was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The evening manager never came to the phone. Do not eat at this restaurant. You will be very disappointed

Who ever this guy is that's working today is really screwed up in the head!? He had to make my pizza order over twice and they both was wrong so i just got my money back ? . Now I'm headed to Lil Caesars to get what i ASK for.

This location needs serious help. Everyone was working hard but slow. I placed an order online at 5 pm, got a text saying it'd be ready in 10 minutes and I didn't leave until 6:05. Half my order was ready when I got there at 5:30 and it was wrong! Lesson learned.

Well after the second time waiting over 2 hours for the pizza, I won’t try again, and I suggest you don’t either.
we ordered and waited four full hours for it to arrive, only to give up and go to bed and for it to never show. we called the store multiple times and only got an answer once, where the guy assured us we would get it and even get it before the estimated time. called about getting the order for pickup + a refund for the delivery fees,,, she said she could either do a refund on the order or place it for pickup (not delivery???) and not give us back the extra fees. way overcomplicated, not coming here again

Ordered delivery. Contacted the store about my order was told it was going into the oven then it was canceled. Contacted the store and was offered a free pizza the next time. I waited an hour and a half for food that never came.

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't expect a lot from a pizza place but this dominoes definitively sets the bar low. You'd have better pizza from a easy bake oven. Not that I even received mine but you get the idea.
