Store # 5781 I Had A Great Experience Today Meeting The GM Along With Great Pizza For A Five Star Experience. The Pizza Was Just As Crispy As I Like Without Being Burned Or Left In Too Long.

While Busy Working Everyone Still Had A Little Time For Small Talk While Still Knocking The Pizzas Out!

ordered my pizza online. it told me a 45-minute delivery time. no biggie. at 7:09 I got a call saying my pizza just left the store and is on his way for delivery since i am less than 5 minutes from the store it will be less than half hour about 15 minutes early! awesome!. 45 minutes later I looked at the app. it still says out for delivery but has the delivery car still pinging at the store? so I called to check on my pizza. and after 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. I was assured my pizza was in fact out for delivery and to please give them at least another 20 more minutes. it will be there for sure. 30 minutes later I'm calling back to the store. again, I was assured my pizza driver was less than 12 minutes away, i was his next stop. I wanted to cancel at this point but since I was the next one I was like okay. I'll wait. 20 minutes later I have my pizza and it was still hot fresh out the oven hot. I do not mind waiting for my food but being gaslit the whole way through is insane. I believe they are pushing them through to keep their times down for optics but honesty is definitely the best policy. if it's going to be 2 hours of getting pizza let me know. I honestly will wait.

Steven was great time was fast as can be and accommodate my needs I was overly satisfied with my service and although I came in seconds before closing still was able to get what I needed

Coming from all the way from North Carolina and having some bratty kids wanting food we decided to get some food for them. We came to this dominos and Steven was phenomenal. He made it real fast and was very polite and personal. I need this guy at my dominos in my home town. Thank you Steven for being an AMAZING employee.

Great service in & out…

Worst experience at a Dominos. Ordered a pizza, salad and a chicken parm sub. The confirmation said it would be delivered in 35 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a call from the store that there was no salads. I asked for a refund for the salad and was told “the manager would get to it when he has an opportunity. It’s the dinner rush and we are busy.” 25 minutes later food arrives and the pizza was overcooked, the chicken parm sub had two teeny tiny bits of chicken. Both the chicken and the pizza were cold.
Four days later and I’m still waiting for the refund for the salad. They were quick to grab full payment but alas no refund.

Placed order at 6:08 pm. Literally sat it Quality Check for 6+ hours. Called multiple times. The young lady on the phone was very polite but not very helpful (likely not her fault). “We’re out of deliver drivers for the night, you’ll be getting a full refund”. Kind of a rough remedy for the absolute worst food ordering experience ever.

Ordered my food at 750. I've been on hold now for 5 minutes waiting to find out where tf my food is since it's now 10:15!!! If you can't deliver FINE but communicationis KEY. Will NEVER order from your store again.
