Domino's Pizza

Worst experience at a Dominos. Ordered a pizza, salad and a chicken parm sub. The confirmation said it would be delivered in 35 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a call from the store that there was no salads. I asked for a refund for the salad and was told “the manager would get to it when he has an opportunity. It’s the dinner rush and we are busy.” 25 minutes later food arrives and the pizza was overcooked, the chicken parm sub had two teeny tiny bits of chicken. Both the chicken and the pizza were cold.
Four days later and I’m still waiting for the refund for the salad. They were quick to grab full payment but alas no refund.

Placed order at 6:08 pm. Literally sat it Quality Check for 6+ hours. Called multiple times. The young lady on the phone was very polite but not very helpful (likely not her fault). “We’re out of deliver drivers for the night, you’ll be getting a full refund”. Kind of a rough remedy for the absolute worst food ordering experience ever.

Ordered my food at 750. I've been on hold now for 5 minutes waiting to find out where tf my food is since it's now 10:15!!! If you can't deliver FINE but communicationis KEY. Will NEVER order from your store again.

I ordered dilevery it took over 2 hours to get my food and it was WRONG!!!

Ordered a pizza, took 2 hours to deliver and was cut horribly. Left a complaint and got a credit. Use the credit for a pizza a few weeks later. Took 3.5 hours to deliver. Ice cold. Complain- got a credit. Tried today. Ordered 2 pizzas, soda, and 2 sides. 2 hours later, driver shows up with a single pizza. I told him he was missing stuff. Gave me the pizza and left. 2 hours later, they show up still missing a whole pizza, the soda, and all dips. Not worth it.

I wouldn't order from this location again, nor would I encourage others to do so either.
Placed my order at 4:55 pm and finally arrived at 7:00 pm.. Anytime I checked the tracking it said it's been at Quality Check since 5:15, at first I started to think the system was glitched, but after an hour of waiting I accepted I may not get my pizza tonight.
Two hours later the pizza finally arrived.. cold.
Please read reviews first before ordering, that's honestly the lesson I learned tonight. 😭🤷‍♀️

I placed my order online, they brought me the wrong drink and the delivery man told me he would bring it to me, he never came back.

Pizza was not cut enough so most of our pizza was torn down the middle. Old cinnamon knots and the didn't have any pasta and they weren't going to call and say anything. We had to call and see when the food was going to be done and that's when we found out. Wings we're okay.

This location has really gone downhill. The pizza is downright nasty now. They never come close to meeting when they say the pizza is going to be ready.

I placed an order online two hours ago for delivery. I called to cancel the order because I'm over it. Sat on the phone for 10 minutes and no one ever answered.

Order online that have any noodles to make chicken alfredo

I don’t know why I keep giving this place another chance - I guess because it’s the closest location. I’ve always done pick up - the app says my pizza’s ready, it never is. The employees could care less. There’s always 2-3 more orders that they mess up or are very delayed on while I’m in store waiting on mine. Never again Montgomery XRoads location - I’ll take my business to Papa John’s a little further down the road.
Edit - whoever is calling this location, your call has been ignored 3 times since I’ve been in here…
