Never has this store or Dominoes in general ever sent the delivery in a timely manner: DO NOT EVER ORDER DOMINOES in this area. I will never recommend or order from dominoes again in my life

A few weeks ago Me and my girlfriend ordered carry out, when we got our pizza it wasn’t even cut all the way.. we Nicely asked if they could re cut our pizza and one mid aged girl said “yes it is I cut that pizza” in a very rude way & the other young girl was laughing about it. Today we gave it another try.. when I went in I had a 50$.. the older man was all for breaking the 50 for me, the lady I assume is the manager walked over saying “na we don’t break 50’s we not allowed to do that” shaking her hands “no” and being very unprofessional. I completely understand if they cannot break the 50 that’s not a problem, the problem was how it was addressed. Overall it’s just very unprofessional here and the employees are rude. The food is okay though iv never had a problem.

So my Pizza came out decent, even when I ordered it an hour from when it was delivered. However, when I called to check on where my pizza was. The manager, this man seemed very rude, and lacked good customer service. And was very unprofessional with the way he was towards me as a customer.'His driver' However was a very nice gentleman, and I understand their high demand, but the manager didn't need to reply the way he did. Good quality, and good quality staff, bad management.

This has been the worst delivery service I have ever had. Can't speak of food quality cause we never got any...... Called placed order with some remote service. Couldn't understand her English. Then told would get food in 38 mins. Well 2 and half hours later no food. Call store on hold for 27 mins, hang up call back 21 mins on hold. Call number order from she says you have to call store. I told her about them not answering. She calls they answer. Girl who answers phone very rude, can tell she doesn't care about problems. I ask for manager she says why. Manager gets on says he made food twice doesn't know where it is. But he will make sure we get it soon. We'll it is 17 hours later no food and I am out my money.....

The manager wouldn't add a topping to our stuffed cheesy bread, even though we were glad to pay for it, saying he wasn't allowed to alter anything on the menu. I have been to other Dominos locations that were happy to accommodate our request and made it happen on the system.

I left a scathing review of the abercorn downtown location, so I feel obligated to acknowledge a store that does it right.I’ve had a handful of issues and every single time, the manager (blonde woman, I’m sorry your name escapes me) has gone above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. We gambled a little bit and got the cheese dip, which we ordered over a year ago at another store to a goopy coagulated greasy mess.This time, we were given a cheesy, soft, hot dip that was a pleasant surprise despite our prior experience. It was awesome.If you have any issues with this store, please consider how understaffed everyone is right now and give them a second chance, because they will fix it, and this is one of the few good stores I’ve seen in this city.

Vicki is extremely messed up, stole my order and ended up leaving, I went out to meet her in the cold and she just dissed me and claimed the order as delivered, no wonder they vae 2.9 stars and deserve less with staff like these, office refused a refund and kept hanging up on me until the manager finally picked up, like what kind of people are working here?
