Should have read the reviews before ordering. I was staying at an Air BnB less than one mile away from the store. Pizza took over an hour just to be delivered (this is not even accounting for the actual time it took to make the actual pizza). I watched the delivery driver drive the wrong direction down the one way road I was staying on. I gave the second star simply because my pasta was still somehow hot when it arrived, but pizzas were cold. After reading the other reviews, I’m surprised our food arrived at all! Stay away from this Dominos.

Pizza came looking like it fell out into the floor board and was shoved back in the box. It even had dirt and hair on the crust . Did not receive but 2 put of 4 of my drinks. As well as my total was 32.04 and I gave my 9 year old 40.00 and the delivery driver sent her back in to get 7.00 more dollars thinking I was mistaken after looking again my total was in fact 32.04. So I paid 50.00 for a pizza I can not eat, and Items I did not relieve .It was a total of 2 hours of trying to reach someone, and yet I get hung up on after all that time on hold .

The team at Domino’s tonight were slammed busy. I’m not sure if their systems went down or if everybody in town just decided to order pizzas tonight. But those kids were working their asses off, trying to get pizza out. I want to commend them And their manager For keeping cool and getting the job done with a smile, even though they were having to do a tremendous amount of work to keep up with demand tonight.

Order food this evening at 6:30 pm, now 1 1/2 hrs later, no food delivered , on hold for 20 mins. 2nd time in a row this store has done this. Never again! Horrible service, food cold when it does arrive.. I never leave comments, but in the economy we live in every dollar counts, they count the money you spend without delivering services, can’t even answer a phone. Pathetic!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I Ordered my pizza at 7:30pm and it’s been two hours and counting. I’ve work for dominoes before and I understand getting backed up on orders or not having enough employees. But when my pizza has been in quality check for more than an hour and a half. That’s just unacceptable. I even tried to call and waited on the line for 15 minutes. I can quote the stupid customer service voice mail at this point. No one picked up. Never ordering here again!!

Ordered at 12:47 am customer service said my food will arrive between 1:09-1:17 its 1:53 I have yet to receive my order 2nd time this happen and they also charged my card

Tonight I ordered two medium pizzas online. They were delivered more than two hours after I placed the order. When I said something to the delivery man about the delay, he swore at me. I tried to call the store but no one ever answered. I tried 4 or 5 times. I will never order from this location ever again.

Takes forever and the app won’t let you pay online most of the time for pickup.
Absolutely awful. I tried ordering online about 20-25 minutes before the store closed and my order was cancelled basically because the staff didn't seem to feel like my business was important enough due to it being so close to closing time. I called the store and was hung up on by a very rude staff member. This kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE and very surprising from dominos. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless professional and rude treatment is what you would like for dinner. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible experience! The time the order was supposed to be ready it was not even prepped yet. When finally ready, an hour and 15 minutes later, they gave me the wrong pizza. I went back, they gave me the right one after standing at the counter for 10-15 minutes with 5 people working, no one acknowledged me. Finally someone came to the counter and there were two other customers that were being ignored also. Didn’t think to check my dessert brownie. When I got home it was someone’s half eaten pizza(I took pictures). I was truly disgusted. The pizza was slopped together, stuck to the box! I will never go to this establishment again!!! They don’t even deserve a 1-star!!! Also while I was in there a third customer came in and demanded his money back! I should have known then it was going to be a bad experience!!!

I don’t know why I keep ordering delivery from this location when the past 3 times I’ve ordered for delivery I never get my order. I don’t live in a gated community, there’s not code or anything needed the address is very simple yet I get notifications that my food is delivered and it’s not. If I’m paying a delivery fee I’m expecting my food to be at my address. Also sick of waiting over 10 minutes just to get someone on the phone every time I have an issue with my order.

The manager Chris made sure my order was hot and fresh. Great customer service. Food was good. No issues parking. Didn't have to wait for my order. Staff was friendly. I will be back.
