I ordered roughly 545p online... it said 620ish to arrive... I called at 640p inquiring... they stated traffic backed up on 17 (and it was) could be another hour or so... at 645 I leave my house to pick the pizza up and call again to let them know and I was told that the order was being picked up by a driver currently... so I turned around going back to the house to wait for the delivery... 8p I call to inquire again about the delivery and they state this time that the order was still at the store and no, no one had picked it up... so I came and picked it up yes it took me 40 minutes to go a 10 minute drive... my biggest gripe DO NOT LIE TO ME be truthful and honest... if it's not being delivered tell me... pizza was accurate to the order but cold as all get out!!!

i would never put my money into this company at all i think its very unsanitary that they operate without gloves no one wants your whole had in the bucket of cheese yet alone on their toppings i SPECIFICALLY asked that you wear gloves while making MY FOOD THAT i paid for the black Heavy set one refused to even make it because he didnt like that i requested him to wear gloves another young lady made my food still with NO GLOVES i politely got my money back . YALL NEED TO LEARN HOW TO GIVE PAID CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WANT .

Pizza good. Thin crust was cooked a little too hard for my liking. I picked up my order because pizzas get delivered cold most of the time. Other than the hard crust, the pizza wa enjoyable. Thanks.

When I order through the app I typically am not waiting hours for a pizza. I have never had a service issue with this location but will say the pizza does look like it’s getting thinner every time I order from Dominos.

I’m finally writing a review after giving this location multiple chances as this is the closest dominos to me but they consistently either never deliver the pizzas I order or it takes 2+ hours and when they do arrive they are obviously cold. Horrible customer service here. They don’t care.

Very disappointed...I ordered 12 pizza's 2 orders of 16 piece wings for a family party. 4 pizza's burnt wings uncooked. Picking up the order staff unpleasant Most of All Noone Wearing Gloves When Making Food.🤢

Rarely do I ever bother signing on here and making reviews - but I got time today! This franchise/location is WILD! On Nov 13 2024 I placed my usual order. Pizza and cheesy bread. Simple. Well once I got home, I realized my cheese bread had a chocolate scent/taste to it. I immediately spit it out, tossed the whole thing in the trash 🤢 common sense tells me that my bread got baked in the same dish that a chocolate dessert got baked in beforehand. Kinda lazy to do that but whatever, always the chance it was a mistake. I contacted corporate the next day, not even for a refund, but just for a free cheesy bread to replace it. They emailed back and said to expect to hear from the manager at the location where my incident happened. 2-3 weeks pass, no phone call or email or anything. Well, this past Sunday night Dec 1 2024, I placed my pizza order through the app. I immediately call the store after placing my order. Guy answers the phone, I explain to him what happened and tell him I don’t want a refund just a replacement cheese bread. He says no so then i tell him to ask his manager. Puts me on hold, comes back then says “yeahhhhhh my manager said noooooo” so I tell him to just cancel my order completely if that’s the case. He chuckles and then I tell him I’ll make sure to call corporate about this. He then hangs up.

So with all that being said, not sure what cashier/shift manager were working that night but they are not only completely rude but clearly incompetent and not business savvy either. Not only did you lose my $15 pizza order that night, but you also lost the complete $23 I spent Nov 13 as my bank did a charge back 😊 so you lose almost $40 total instead of just replacing my nasty chocolate cheese bread that had already been paid for anyways. Lol moron.

Anyways avoid this location at all cost if you can. I went to Papa John’s after the silly boy canceled my order. It was a little bit further than dominos, but at least my pizza didn’t taste like chocolate! 🤭

Cold pizza delivery for 4 minutes away. 2 hours after ordering. If you make it and let it sit there for an hour and a half before you deliver it of course it's going to be cold here is a good idea how about you make it right before your delivery driver gets ready to take it that way it's at least hot please forward this to those who need to know

I paid for my pizza and was told the payment didn’t go through. Even after showing them the money was taken out of my account they refused to give me my food unless I paid again and said I would have to dispute the charge to get my money back if I was charged twice. The staff was very unprofessional, one worker even said he had his tool (gun) in the back. Dominos lost me as a customer because there is no customer satisfaction guaranteed at Dominos. I was treated very unfairly even the manager LaShay did not try to provide a solution to make the customer happy. Very dry attitude and didn’t care that they had already taken my money

2 hours I waited. An hour before I had to call and check on my order which they hadn’t even started. Then another hour for them to call me and tell me they didn’t have a driver. Canceled the order because, no.
