Nice place to sit, they had tv, ok pizza the bread tasted weird, but the main thing was no one called our order/name and we were left waiting for a good while. They just placed it on the counter and didn’t say anything to us? So we got our pizza lukewarm. The calzone bread tastes like pie crust but the meatballs were good. Decent prices. Friendly people.

I’ve ordered Donato’s several times. Previously I would have given their pizza a 4, but last night was the worst. Lukewarm pizza despite quick delivery. Cheese not thoroughly melted. Spinach barely wilted. This pizza couldn’t have been in the oven more than 5 min! Doughy crust. It was a thin crust too. Wings undercooked pink inside several and they were lukewarm. Didn’t eat them because I didn’t want to get sick. Called the store. Was told they can’t refund because it was a DoorDash. Now trying to reach anyone there is a nightmare. I get Donato’s is busy especially on a weekend night, but you’ve got to do better with your food and customer service. No answer when I called twice. Once disconnected when on hold. Then on hold 5 min and switched to different employees to be told not very nicely that Donato’s could do nothing about my undercooked food. Folks, this pizza was so overcooked it was in my oven again at 350 for 15 min just to get some brown and crunch into the crust and fully melt the cheese.
