The salad was excellent. The pizza on the other hand what's like toast burned around the edges. It was our first time there and that may be the way they make it and apparently a lot of people like it so this was a personal opinion, you might like it. The people working there and warm and friendly and couldn't have been nicer.

I ordered online 3 pizzas, a dinner salad, 2 appetizers, and sauces…. One pizza was missing, the appetizer was crap for the price, the salad was ENTIRELY WRONG! And these awful people won’t admit to the blame! NEVER ORDER HERE!

My wife and I have eaten at a few Donators in Knoxvile,Tn. And have always have enjoyed our meals there. We ate at the Donatos on waters ave last night and both of us agreed it was the best pizza we have had at any Donators restaurant. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be returning customers Thank you

Ordered food to go called to ask if veggie sandwich was hot or cold. Their virtual assistant said cold. It arrived toasted and hot. Who wants hot lettuce ? Very disappointed thanks for ruining my dinner

I know of Donatos due to being from Ohio and this place is my favorite pizza chain. FFWD 15 years, now living in South Carolina I drive to Savannah Georgia once a month (sometimes more) to get this pizza. The food Is always great with edge to edge toppings although I’ve noticed some shrinkage in the past year. My go too are just a pepperoni with sausage or pepperoni with extra cheese. It seems like there’s high turnover at this location so service is what it is. I ordered a mariachi beef but got the chicken once. The atmosphere again, it’s what is as it doesn’t seem to be in a great location and the bathrooms are always locked , and not as clean. But I don’t go there for the bathroom or service .. just keep the pizza the same please
