Ordered delivery, called 15 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, was told that they didn’t have a driver. Told me that my order was sitting there and that they would have a third party deliver it. I asked that the food would be warm to cold by then, and she replied with “most likely warm.” Why am I paying for a room temp pizza? Manager voided the order, she better have, because they would’ve let my order just sit there. Lazy people are working there tonight.

Tried Donatos pizza for the first time and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. There is no skimping on the ingredients. I ordered the sausage and mushroom, extra cheese. Full size sausage not that kibbles and bits the mushrooms were like portobellos very nice slices. I highly recommend this establishment. The people were very friendly and personableParking: I was the only one there.

Second time I've ordered from Donato's Wilmington Island location and this is the second time my pizzas were overcooked! Couldn't eat the pepperoni because they were burnt. Also.. this time.. my order was wrong and management did nothing to correct the problem AT ALL. Had to actually pay extra (NO DISCOUNT) for another pizza (I had people over). Never. Again! I'm done.
