Tried to walk in this morning. The sign outside the door clearly states when the lobby hours are and they did not open the door. I was not in my vehicle and was just expecting to be able to order and sit inside while I waited for my vehicle at another location. They told me I could order through the drive thru. It was unsafe as there were vehicles in the drive lane. I’m a rewards member, but I won’t come back here. Should’ve just gone to Starbucks first.

The service was horrible as hell. I walked in at 745 and waited in line inside as no one else was in front me. I wasn’t greeted and all 6 or 7 of the employees were tending to the drive thru. I then asked if the were closed on the inside and if it’s best to the go to the drive through. They then stated “yes”. I absolutely do not recommend this location EVER. I work right down the street and had to be at work at 8:00am they aren’t considered of anyone’s time and they need an entire new crew

This is how I received my food. Theres no way. This is the second time I have had an issue with this location. Just because its being thrown in a bag to be delivered does not mean that you shouldnt still make sure its decent quality.

Great food, great service. This Dunkin in particular is always great each time i come. I also thank joy the manager for helping me get my coffee really fast when i was in a rush.
My routine daily pick me up. I get my matcha tea latte iced with vanilla and cold foam, and it relaxes me throughout my day.

My Granddaughter and I come here everyday. I get my LG. Caramel craze iced and she get something a little different each time. Never have we had a bad experience. I love you dunkin on ogeechee rd.

Food quality was great, atmosphere was excellent. Clean and very festive. Service could be better, drive through had a much higher priority that indoor customers. Waited nearly 5 minutes inside before I was greeted and asked for order.
