Waited in the drive through, the sign window was being worked on and said “no service” so I drove around. After waiting for 20 minutes I get to the window to order and they tell me I need to drive back around. When asked if she could just take my order at the window she said “no”. Service is horrible.

I wish I could leave zero. Terrible service. I ordered ahead on my app, there were only 2 people at the drive thru and it still took over 20 minutes to get a coffee. If I could tolerate Starbucks nasty burnt coffee I’d go there. This location does not have its act together at all.

Has been our go to dunkin for weeks and will continue to be. The service is always friendly and warm, the baristas are kind and helpful. I always get the avocado toast and it's wonderful every time. Alex is our favorite barista and we love to see him in the mornings! Highly recommend for quick and friendly service.

We stopped in for a quick coffee, but the experience was a complete letdown from start to finish. The staff was inattentive and rude—not just to us, but to other customers in line as well. It took far too long to even get acknowledged, and the whole interaction felt unprofessional. The dining area didn’t look like it had been cleaned in hours, and the bathrooms were honestly unacceptable—dirty floors, empty soap dispensers, and an overall smell that made us want to leave immediately. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this location failed in service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. We walked out without ordering and will not be giving this Dunkin’ another chance.

tried to order through my app and it wasn’t working. So we ended up going through the drive-through. My boyfriend read off what we wanted and the employee was not comprehending what he was saying. Granted my boyfriend did get the order wrong at first. Not only was the coffee that I got absolutely terrible. But there is hair on his bagel bites, all of the donuts are stale. All five of them were stacked in a tiny bag and all got squished together. Three in a bag is pushing it, but putting all five blows my mind, especially when they were all different donuts. My sandwich was a little bit burnt and also smashed. Not to mention every time I have gone to the specific location I have never received good service. A specific occurrence was when I asked for the straw and I got the drive-through window slammed in my face. I am not one to give a review, but if I ran my business this way, my business would fail within a day.
Tried to walk in this morning. The sign outside the door clearly states when the lobby hours are and they did not open the door. I was not in my vehicle and was just expecting to be able to order and sit inside while I waited for my vehicle at another location. They told me I could order through the drive thru. It was unsafe as there were vehicles in the drive lane. I’m a rewards member, but I won’t come back here. Should’ve just gone to Starbucks first.

The service was horrible as hell. I walked in at 745 and waited in line inside as no one else was in front me. I wasn’t greeted and all 6 or 7 of the employees were tending to the drive thru. I then asked if the were closed on the inside and if it’s best to the go to the drive through. They then stated “yes”. I absolutely do not recommend this location EVER. I work right down the street and had to be at work at 8:00am they aren’t considered of anyone’s time and they need an entire new crew

This is how I received my food. Theres no way. This is the second time I have had an issue with this location. Just because its being thrown in a bag to be delivered does not mean that you shouldnt still make sure its decent quality.
