Seemed a little chaotic for the workers when we went. They seemed a bit overwhelmed with the orders coming in and there didn't seem to be a good ticketing system to tell people when their orders were ready. Lack of communication overall.

I'm really quite confused about how this place doesn't have a better rating, which just goes to show you most people don't write reviews on their positive experiences. I stop by this location 3 times a week, usually with my 4 year old son. When I tell you the service has never failed to be expedient and kind! It's clear that management is putting in great effort to train their employees right, they even greet me by name and make a point to interact with my son. Not to mention my coffee is always perfect. Thanks for being a local business I can depend on for excellent customer service!

Food is awful and rubbery. The coffee I get for my coworkers, otherwise I’d never come here. Service is awful. After getting the coffee I pull to the second window. And watch as three people behind me pull off. It took me backing up to the first window and shouting for someone for me to get my food finally. And it’s not like they’re fresh made donuts, no the guy grabs them out the case and puts them in the bag so what the hold up for? I

I do mobile orders at this location all the time, they always get my drink right! I’ve had times where I get maple bacon instead of normal bacon in my wraps sometimes but it could be much worse, I enjoy coming here quite a bit.
