every single time it takes 500 years to get my food or drinks. doesn’t matter what time of day, how many people are in front of me, or what i order. it took 45 minutes for me to get a SINGLE drink today. unbelievable

It's quite extraordinary how awful this location is. I've gone two different times. The first time my iced coffee tasted spoiled. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a latte for my next visit. And it tasted no better. It tasted what I would imagine battery acid to be like. We ordered 10 munchkins, half pumpkin and half chocolate. Simply enough, right? They gave us glazed and pumpkin instead. And our Dunkin wraps were still cold in the middle. Even mentioning the rude service feels like beating a dead horse. So I'll end this review by saying, if you're aiming to be consistently horrendous.. then congratulations.

Why does Savannah location or any of the locations near and in Savannah ga close so early seems like coffee shops would be open at least round the clock so many drink coffee and need and want it around the clock ? Open later please at least in Savannah ga location?

Ordered just a plain bagel with creme cheese. Instead they sent me a raisin bagel. I'm ALLERGIC to raisins. Quit making assumptions. If you don't have the item that is ordered either contact the customer or give a proper refund. Y'all need to do better.

I don't know why they look at a GrubHub order and don't give the delivery driver the drinks from that order but they did today. Consistently disappointing even when you go in person. The last time I went in person they tried to give me the wrong drink. We need a better Dunkin in this town in a better place. Location sucks unless you're coming into town.

I've been to this location 3 times and each time has been bad experience 😔. I get the caramel creme frozen coffee and it's either cup is sticky as heck or my frozen drink is tasteless or messed up.

Go in for National Ice Coffee Day ( their promotion to raise funds for their charity). No one knows what I'm talking about. Show them the ad on their website. Don't know how to ring it up. And this is at 3pm. I gave up.
