Have to say worth the drive out of my way for the good start to my day. Unbelievable how much hotter the coffee from this location then all the others. Always hot and I get a lot of cream I don't know there secret but they should tell everyone else the staff is always welcoming and in a laughing mood and nice and fresh donuts.

I got an Iced Coffee with Mocha Syrup. Drink was not mixed. All my food was in one bag but there was no wrapping over any of it. So I had sprinkles and chocolate icing from a donut on hashbrowns and a sausage biscuit. I also asked for egg and cheese on the sausage biscuit. It shows it on the receipt and mobile order but there was just plain sausage on the biscuit. I was also informed when I picked up my order as I placed a mobile pickup they had no decaf coffee left and replaced my coffee with regular. How does a coffee shop at 8 am not have decaf coffee when they opened 3 hours ago?! I’m 8.5 months pregnant and i’m limiting my caffeine intake. I drank the drink as I am still in my caffeine limit but this could hurt someone who can’t drink a lot of caffeine for other health reasons.

When I walked inside to pick up my DoorDash order, it was fairly busy, but this nice young lady greeted me. She help me with my order. Her name is Matty and she was wonderful.
This has been my go-to Dunkin for years, but I’m really disappointed. I ordered via DoorDash today and the half dozen assorted dozen that I ordered came and was 5 krullers and 1 plain donut. That’s not remotely what I would consider assorted. It felt like we were being punished for ordering delivery. My kids were very disappointed.

Many other employees in this location should take after her. Thank you, Savannah for always making my visit, and coffee the greatest! Keep your head up young lady.

Service is always great. I would go here every morning for coffee. Today I decided to get a dozen donuts as well. Everything was great until I found a very curly, dark hair on top of my donut. Very disappointing.

Warning ‼️ I have no patience for smart ass lazy young adults thinking it’s ok to do nothing and get paid for it ! 15 minutes in a drive through did not move a inch ! Pulled in and went inside to wait another 10 minutes for someone to take my order never to get my drink and when I mentioned it she got smart and said somone must have taken it ! No 👎🏻 that’s not  what happened? I have been standing here 10 minutes in the same spot and you never put it up. Don’t blame it on somebody else you didn’t do your job.’ You’re all standing around eating drinking and having a blast while people have to go to work ! You should all be fired! Period! U just lost my business permanently! Dunkin’ Donuts going down hill rapidly 🤦🏻♀️🍩👌😡🤬 it’s a bird a plane no, it’s an order! 😣😳

I ordered a drink and the girl took my order then my mom walked up to the counter and she walked away didn’t ask if she needed to order and everyone around was staring at us while we not so quietly talked about what she was going to order it was ridiculous that everyone could look and us and smile when clearly we were waiting for help while the girl fiddled in the donut cabinet not to mention when she took my order her customer service sucked wasn’t really polite and seemed to have not wanted to be there in the first place if you don’t want to work a job this early then don’t get a job that opens this early. Customer service clearly needed some work I’ve never had a good experience with this location and this was my final straw
