The absolute WORSE experience ever! I would never return for service. I was asked to pull for my drink and waited twenty minutes because they forgot about my drink. Due to me being late, I asked for a refund instead. Responded by let me see what I can do! He came back to the window to ask me what I ordered again, I responded with Latte and he said he would see what he could do. The manager came to the window non apologetic but with an attitude saying there was no way she could recall my order, knowing that she could. She repeated over and over that there’s no way she could recall. This was by far the worse experience with a Dunkin, especially by a manager!

This Dunks has gone very very down hill since the summer. We used to love coming here. Now we spend 24 minutes waiting for a frozen eggs sandwich and burnt bagels with no cream cheese. The servers are rude and short now. Idk who took over but their summer team 2025 was amazing and it’s been crap since.

Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues at this Dunkin’ location. Nearly every visit involves some kind of problem — when I place a mobile order, it’s often lost or incorrect, and in-person visits aren’t much better.
During my most recent visit, I went inside to order a dozen donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee roll. While I received the donuts and sandwich promptly, the coffee roll was never provided. After notifying the staff member at the counter, she apologized but continued assisting other customers before addressing my issue. It took approximately 20 additional minutes to receive the missing item.
In total, what should have been a quick five-minute stop turned into a 30-minute ordeal. While the food quality was satisfactory, the consistent service and order accuracy problems make this location difficult to recommend.

I just wanted to through out there that I have had the greatest pleasure with Serenity. I have never met her however she has gone above and way way beyond helping me get what I was interested in. She has truly made me realize that there truly still are amazing people in this world. I have always been a Dunkin fan but if I wasn’t I would be now. THANK YOU AGAIN Serenity!!!

Place has flies everywhere, on the donuts, at the food station, absolutely disgusting. I used to come here often but the new manager felt super condescending, will be going elsewhere going further. (The workers were polite but not enough to make me consider returning.)
