Why did they give me the wrong donut… I asked for a Boston Cream, I got a vanilla headlight donut, the shelves have labels. My friend also got the wrong donut, we ordered back to back. My iced mocha was good though.

This Dunkin opens at 5am me and my mother showed up at 5:30am and tried to walk inside and the doors are still locked and then she turned the lights out in the building. It’s just rude

Isaiah was awesomeness. He made us feel welcomed and made the purchase fun. The store was clean and donuts were constantly being refreshed. We go here often and have not been disappointed.

This is easily one of the most inconsistent establishments I've ever frequented. Sometimes it's great. friendly staff, quick service, and accurate orders.

Other times it's as if the staff can't be bothered, you sit in the drivethru for twenty minutes, and it's as if they ignore their own recipes.

If low stakes risk is your jam, then this place is for you.

Three times in a row my coffee was watered down and missing something that I asked you guys to put in my coffee. I’m not one to complain too much, but come on yall…3 times in a row my coffee has been messed up🤦🏼‍♀️

The staff is super great and friendly!! I was waiting with my mom while our cars got an oil changed at the wal-mart across the street, and we got breakfast and they were super helpful and went above and beyond to help make sure we were satisfied and happy while eating! Me and my mother were watching a video (with AirPods) and one of the girls working came to see if music was too loud and was super sweet!

Absolutely no one should have to spend twenty minutes in a drive thru especially for an online order pick-up. Not to mention it was not busy at all. I’ve frequent this location a bit and I can’t help but notice how slow and poor this customer service is at this location compared to other locations. What makes this visit even more frustrating is that after sitting for so long for my order I was not given an apology for the long wait nor a straw AND my order was not right. Truly disappointing!

If disappointment were a menu item, this Dunkin’ would have perfected it.

Last week I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate with milk and whipped cream. What I received was… peppermint coffee, lightly haunted by the ghost of hot chocolate. Somewhere, cocoa was briefly mentioned and then ignored.

Today, foolishly optimistic, I returned. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a vanilla hot chocolate. What I got:
- A bagel so hard it could double as a self-defense weapon
- Enough cream cheese to insulate a small house
- And once again, a vanilla-flavored coffee pretending to be hot chocolate

At this point, I’m convinced this location does not actually believe in hot chocolate. They believe in coffee. Aggressively. Relentlessly. Even when you specifically, clearly, and repeatedly ask for not coffee.

If you enjoy roulette-style ordering where your drink may or may not resemble what you asked for—and your bagel might fight back—this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money, your expectations, and your dental work.

Spend your money somewhere else, anywhere else. That's what I'll be doing.

Thought I might make this location a place I'd frequently go. Quickly gave up on that after going in and seeing one employee wiping the counters, another mopping, and a third one on her phone while three customers were waiting to place orders. After we kept being ignored for a good while, I brought to the attention of the one employee who'd wiped the same area twice already if tending to the customers might take priority. She got snappy and rude really fast. I'll get my coffee elsewhere.
I don't recommend going there.

This review is directed to the owner of this property. The reason for my one star review is not to publicly destroy your Dunkin , but to hopefully help you make your Dunkin a happier experience for your customers. My husband and I had just picked up our 15 yr old pups ashes. We were very sad and decided to visit your Dunkin to hopefully feel better. As I walked in the Christmas decor and Christmas music was fun! As I waited at the counter for the employee to turn around and acknowledge me I looked over the donuts. Finally another employee told “Savannah” she had a customer. I was greeted with no hello, no can I help you and no sorry I didn’t see you! Her body language and look on her face told me right away she was either not having a good day or just hated her job! I dismissed it since I was there to find some cheer for myself. I ordered 6 donuts and two small peppermint shakes. At least that’s what I thought I was ordering. With a discuss attitude “Savannah” gives me my amount for my order 21.00 I again decided to ignore “Savannah’s” bad attitude and give her a tip hoping that will make her feel better. As my shakes are handed to me they just don’t look anything like a peppermint shake. I take a taste “yuck”! As I went to ask Savannah about the shakes she interrupted me and repeated to me what I ordered with her attitude and a eye roll! That was it! I was done dealing with this child ( I am 63 and over today’s rude youth) I went out to my truck grabbed my pups ashes and went back into the Dunkin to show Savannah that her day could be as bad as mine and told her and the rest of the Dunkin crew to have a MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄🎁 If this review reaches someone in authority either change Savannah’s work attitude or tell her to go get a job she is more suited for with her sunny disposition.
