iced coffee tastes like sugar & water . They kept “remaking” it .. but all you could taste was water cream & sugar . I think they needed to make a fresh pot of coffee but didn’t want to . Worst experience ever. I went to a different DD this morning , and they made it perfect no complaints .

Exceptional customer service like this is truly commendable, making my visit memorable and enjoyable. Grateful for the extra effort! Btw we did belly filled heart donuts and the outside was pink and blue.

Horrible, when I asked for extra cream the lady said do you really want extra cream rudly and I said nevermind. I was snipped at because I talked to fast. And then there was not extra cram or sugar on the counter to fix it myself. The worst coffee ever and my husband and I both threw them away we could not even drink them. Plus the cups were only half full when we got it. Rude workers Horrible coffee

At 9:05 a.m., I went into Dunkin' Donuts and purchased two donuts and a pancake wrap. 9:15 p.m., still waiting. A woman came in and ordered five wake-up wraps, which she received in seven minutes. At 9:20, I notified them that they had forgotten my order once more. I received my order at 9:21 a.m. and it was incorrect!!!!

Ordered a large coffee with extra half and half. Coffee was almost black. Asked for more half and half, they have a machine behind the counter that dispenses only a very small amount of half and half for each button push. Barely got any more. Cheap owner, cares more about saving a few cents than providing a good quality cup of coffee.
This place is recently remodeled and even so it is a disaster, terrible service and low quality on donuts. I prefer to go to other Dunkin.

Newly remodeled store looks good. Ordered a mixed dozen ask for chocolate glazed got chocolate old fashions, ordered jelly filled got cream, ordered both maple and chocolate glazed and it was like someone took a popsicle stick and spread a paper thin swipe of the topping there wasn't to even taste the topping. The donuts were dry and kinda favorless compared to Dunkin from years past, quality, and size has gone down yet prices have gone UP. I won't be going back to this location.
