Fiddler's Crab House & Oyster Bar

This was my first dining experience in Savannah, and it was possibly the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. So depressing. Rude employees, terrible food, and less than mediocre cocktails. Just the unfriendliest experience. Really upsetting.

The food was amazing and the service was quick! This is my first time coming to this restaurant and I will definitely be back!!

Just had dinner at Fiddle’s, and the service from J.C. was excellent. However, the food was a disappointment. We ordered the steamed crawfish and clams combo as well as the steamed clams, but both were tasteless. There was no seasoning in the clams or the butter sauce. To be honest, water has more flavor!

Ordered the clamp chowder and hushpuppies. This clam chowder had more clam's in it than any other chowder I have ever had. The hushpuppies were crunchy on the outside and soft and so delicious in the middle. Was a nice bar/restaurant by the water in a really cool part of Savannah. Definitely would recommend!!!

I came here to have lunch for my birthday. My husband and I are visiting from Thomasville Ga. Hunter our bartender showed us so much great hospitality. I love when people in my profession have a Great Attitude on how to treat their customers!! Thanks Hunter!

We where there over 3 hours didn't get our food till about an hour forty five minutes in to two hours, not to mention they forgot about us twice before we even sat down at the table. They kept forgetting food orders. Over all the worst dining experience I've ever had. Both I and my sister in law where jumping through hoops trying to excuse the problem thinking oh maybe they are super busy or something but later noticed our sever didn't even have a lot of tables.

Our waitress did a great job waiting on us. However, the restaurant had no oysters on the evening we had dinner, New Year's Day.
How does a restaurant that has Raw Bar in its name run out of oysters????

I told our waitress the options I couldn’t decide between and said “surprise me” I ended up with the coastal spinach salad and a bowl of crab stew… she knocked it out of the park with that!! Both were AMAZING!!! Ask for Cassidy, she’s awesome (and an absolute doll!!!!)

We haven’t been this disappointed in a restaurant in a long time. The food was genuinely bad—tasteless, low quality, and not enjoyable at all. And the prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get. I can’t remember the last time we ate this poorly. Total waste of money. Strongly do not recommend.

I will start with the positives. Two people in my group had the clam chowder and loved it, the hushpuppies and key lime pie were good.
Negatives 3 people in my group their food was served with burned buns, cold fries and the blue quesadilla was burnt. We would not recommend this place.
A waiter was great.

I visited with family on new years eve, the place was really packed. We thought the food will be good, but that was not true. We ordered few starters, only the crab bites were eatable. All the main courses were completely tasteless. I do not recommend the place for anyone.
